o 4/6 Laning of 100 Km long highway with flexible pavement and having 34 Km of
Service Road on either side.
o 2 major bridges, with well sinking and pre-stressed girders.
o More than 250 slab culverts, pipe culverts and minor bridges.
Job responsibility involves:
o Total administration of contract to complete the project with quality, safety, within
time and cost.
o Planning, production, monitoring and reporting to higher management.
o Installation of sophisticated machinery like hot mix plants, crushers, wet mix
plants, pavers etc., to ensure production.

Responsible for the complete design and construction on turnkey basis, prefabricated
housing projects in Navi Mumbai having over 3 million square feet built-up area
including all infrastructure setup like roads, water supply, sewage, drainage, and
High/Low Tension electric supply. Sent to Germany for the development of equipment
for pre-fab system.

In addition, carried out the design, execution and marketing of commercial and
residential complexes in Thane and Pune having over 200,000 Square Feet built-up
area.

Design, construction and marketing of a Commercial Mall underneath a Flyover project

- 1,453 meter long, being constructed on BOT basis.
Every project involved strict quality control measures including laying down of
methodology and technical audits.
