• Scheduled and assisted Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to conduct and pass 29
CFR 1910 Audio Level Tests for the JTT-IBS.
• Analyzed, calculated and published the JTT-IBS and HSS2 failure rate (FR) Analysis and Mean-
Time-Between-Failures (MTBF) Reports.
• Calculated and documented the Mean-Time-To-Repair (MTTR) for Line Repairable Units (LRU)
of the JTT-IBS and HSS2 Systems.
• Calculated and submitted System Operational Availability (AO) Report.
• Wrote and demonstrated the Logistics and Maintainability Demonstration (LMD) Test Plan and
Procedures for JTT-IBS using MIL-HDBK-470A and 472 as a guide as requested and approved by
customer.
• Identified and recommended fault candidates for the JTT-IBS LMD based on calculated reliability
Failure Rate.
• Assisted and successfully demonstrated and passed the MTTR requirement for JTT-IBS.
• Conducted, identified, and submitted customer Maintenance Task Analysis (ETA) for system

• Met customer maintenance requirements using Maintainability and Maintenance Evaluation (MME)
Forms.
• Identified and minimized critical parts identified in the DRS-IAS Parts Selection Process using
company Reliability Program Plan, parts identified in the Failure Reporting Analysis and Corrective
