Lahore is known as Pakistan's education capital, with more colleges and universities than any
other city in the country. The current literacy rate of Lahore is 74%.
Superior group of college started its journey in the year 2000 by establishing superior college
Lahore near Kalma Chowk, within short span of time; it became love for people and their first
choice owing to its quality education along with personality development, true professionalism
and career planning.

Charter and Recognition
The Superior College, Lahore is included in the list of Higher Education Commission of Pakistan
under the head of Recognized Universities and Degree Awarding Institutions. College got
Charter by Govt. of the Punjab as degree awarding institute after having passed Superior College
Bill from the Punjab Provincial Assembly on May 31, 2004. Superior University is also listed

with the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO)'s
International Association of Universities.

Journal
Superior is publishing a journal to promote research activities. International Journal of
Management Research & Emerging Sciences is a high quality international refereed research
journal with an ISSN 2223-5604 EISSN 2313-7738 which is published once in a year. Journal is
published by Azra Naheed Center Research & Development (ANCRD). They follow double
blind peer review policy of reviewing research work submitted to International Journal of
Management Research & Emerging Sciences. The open access policy of the journal aims at
increasing the visibility and accessibility of the published content.

Superior is engaged in consultancy services through A.N. Consultants platform. Superior has
also organized several International Conferences for promoting the research culture in Pakistan.

The statement of problem is that to analyze the factors which will decrease the employees
efficiency. There is lack of knowledge skills and ability due to which efficiency of employee is
going to decrease in Superior Group of Colleges.

To improve the employee efficiency, there is need to design the continuous effort, which is
defined as training and development.
Training is planned to give trainees information and skills, they need for their job, while
development involves learning that goes beyond the knowledge needed just for current job. It is
more long-term focused as it enables employees to keep up with the organization and its changes
and growth.

The senior teacher provide help to junior (new) teacher in these 3 months on the PlusClasses, so he might be able to teach the student when teaching secession is start in

Self- Assessment Training
Because of not proper assessment H.R feel that he have less efficiency to doing work, then he
wrote a letter to H.O.D to provide him training
Then H.O.D realize that he should provide the training to their HR Staff.
After that HR get training on HR Certification from other institute
Certification Cost is 52000 which is totally given by the superior group of colleges
HR manager M. Khurrum attend the classes of training on Saturday and Sunday
In this way when manager busy in classes then there is no disturbs in his work schedule
Class-room training
A classroom training can be any training space set away from the work site, such as the computer
cafeteria or a meeting room

After that this type of vocation is provided to the senior teacher sometime

And someone have the degree of M.Phil and teach the M.Phil classes, so he will be pay 65000
No. of employee who leave the organization in a year ..
There is less turnover in superior college
Only 5 to 6% employee can leave the organization anully
This is happen if any employee get the govt Job
Implementation
When HR manager complete his certification he implement all these things in his organization
which he learn from the HR certification
In this regard he try to alien the organization goal with the performance of the employee
Evaluation
After completion of training post evaluation form is filled by trainees. Through which it is
evaluated how much they learnt from training.
Furthermore trainees give a presentation on what they learnt from training session. In this way
they also share their experience with others.
At the end we conclude that superior group of college have less turnover and provide best
compensation, he provide much more degrees and play vital role in social responsibility like
Superior Isaar Relief Fund (SIRF) was established instantly after the hazardous floods in 2010 in

method of assessment which is most essential part of growth of superior college.

They should adopt the proper way of assessment in order to giving the training
They should sure about who is the trainee
Who are the trainer
Which type of the training is given
All the resources of organization is must utilized for training
They should use the Job Rotation Method for the employee to free from sickness
If the organization spend time and cost of training on any employee then that employee should
be share that training with other co-worker
They should increase the HR staff to control the management of college
They should also provide the training to worker level and executive level
Evaluation should be held on weakly bases
Training programs must be held on regular bases to achieve their goal and objectives
