Interroll RollerKit Light meets all these

requirements, while dispensing with
the need for time-consuming planning
and input. All aspects, from design
through installation to energy-efficient
operation, have already been incorporated into a deceptively simple and
reliable solution. Based on tried and
tested components like the 24-volt

RollerDrive EC310 and the 1700 series

universal conveyor roller, we have
developed a kit that allows the design
engineer to create a driven conveying
system with 30 mm diameter rollers
in virtually no time at all.

standard, RollerKit Light Curve is

STRAIGHT
SECTIONS
The principle
Largely pre-mounted components dispense with
the need for an elaborate design and allow fast
installation. All critical functional dimensions have
already been taken into account. Simply install
RollerKit Light into the conveyor system frame or
machine structure and it is ready to go.

Seven standard lengths allow optimal integration.

The track width can be user-defined and tracks can
also be combined with one another. If a belt needs to
be changed, this can usually be done in less than
five minutes.

Variants

How it works

The options are galvanised steel, stainless steel or

PVC rollers with a diameter of 30 mm. All metal components of the kit are made from galvanised steel.

The drive system for RollerKit Light is based on an

underslung RollerDrive EC 310 and tangential 4-rib
PolyVee belt.

The following lengths are available with a roller pitch

of 35 mm:

The carrier rollers rest on the belt only under their

own weight, which reduces energy consumption
to a minimum. However, if a load is exerted on
the roller, pressure increases and the roller is then
reliably driven by the belt.

CURVED
SECTIONS
The principle
The curve remains the most streamlined and efficient
method of changing direction. And to give you as
much flexibility as possible with these changes of
direction, we offer RollerKit Light in four radii: 30, 45,
60 and 90 degrees. Until now the various peripheral
speeds of the powered round belt generally resulted
in a high level of wear. This is why we have developed a separate belt guide with a rolling friction that
causes virtually no wear.

In addition, the belt no longer twists and if it does

need to be changed at some point, this is a simple
procedure with no welding or re-threading involved.
To offset different conveying speeds, the power
transmission to the tapered rollers is via a friction
sleeve, which protects the belt, relieves the stress
on it and prevents clogging.

Variants

How it works

Four different curve angles are available. The internal

radius is 350 mm.

The key design feature is the protection of the belt.

Belt routing and friction sleeve substantially enhance
its service life. As with the straight sections, the rollers
for curved sections are also supported freely on the
belt. When the item arrives the rollers dip slightly and
therefore increase the contact pressure.
