Agency to develop three unique treatments based on an approve d strateg y document
scribed by Zapura based on needs and information communicated by client
representative. Preliminary concepts will be presented to Shelley Franklin and Jack
May of GWU. Initial review will be presented as a low-res composition at a reduced
scale. This estimate provides for up to three rounds of revisions, all
(meeting/discussion) and (resource/research) time.

Phase Two- Design/Production Stage

Agency will develop the selected collateral campaign direction. Upon selection of a 5,500.0 0
preferred treatment, the treatment will be extended to a full 12-month calendar. The
treatment will be designed/ mechanicall y execute d as electronic files to be supplied to
the client and/or their assigned vendor of choice and according to their required
specifications.

Presentation Material s 325.00

Agency will supply presentation materials in the form of mock-ups and black
presentation boards as required. All materials will be delivere d mounted boards at
time of formal presentation to stakeholders .

Photograph y
I have a photographer that will take the shots we need based on the assumption
that there will not be any additional equipment required to acquire the shots such as
cranes, or other such devices for a fee of $200 per photo/per location. This figure has
not been included in the overall estimate. Any other stock photos will be billed
at cost.

As confirmation and agreement for ZaPura to begin the project as described above, client will sign this estimate in the
space provided below. Please return the signed Proposal to ZaPura upon your acceptance of this project proposal.

Terms of Agreement: All estimates are subject to revisions based on modifications to the original assignment.
The above-proposed costs are strictly preliminary estimates. The Client shall reimburse ZaPura for all additional expenses, such as
mileage at IRS rate and long-distance calls on behalf of the client at cost beyond those stated above. Invoices will exceed
estimates only with advance approval from client. Invoices will be submitted monthly, based on the hours worked in the previous
month. Payment will be due within 20 days. Any transfer of rights is conditional upon receipt of full payment.
