1600 Paper

High temperature 1600 Papers, are made

from alumina fibres and a combination of
organic and inorganic binders, providing
outstanding temperature stability, purity and
chemical resistance.
1600 Paper is a high purity crystalline alumina
fibre, stabilised by a small amount of silica. It is
characterised by a uniform fibre diameters (24 microns) and is virtually shot free.
The process developed for making high performance papers, ensures the fibre characteristics are retained ; the papers are soft, flexible
and resilient with smooth surfaces.
