47th Annual District Convention

February 26th-28th, 2010 – Brookfield, WI

The music is playing, the beads are coming out, the parade is getting set up, but we need you to come
participate! Come celebrate the 2009-2010 Circle K year in the spirit of Mardi Gras! This year’s
celebration is being held at the Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel!

night. (Paid to the hotel, not the district.) The Convention Committee would like to stress the fact that

Cancellation Policy: Any prepaid registration for this District Convention shall be refunded in full if a
written request is postmarked to the District Treasurer twenty-one (21) days before opening session.
Requests for refunds postmarked fourteen (14) days prior to opening session will be granted 50%, and
25% of the registration fee will be refunded to requests postmarked seven (7) days before opening
session. Special emergency refunds may be granted pending approval of the District Administrator,
Governor, Treasurer, and Convention Chair.

DRESS CODE
Formal:
Ladies~ An evening gown or dress
Men~ Suit and tie, sport coat, tuxedo
Casual:
Jeans, Circle K shirts, khakis, shorts.
Important Note: Nothing with beer, tobacco, drug, sexual, or other inappropriate logos or
connotations.
Business Casual:
Ladies~ A suit, skirt, blouse, dress, sweater, dress pants, etc.
Men~ Suit, nice pants, polo, button-down shirt, tie, etc.
