2009 So Far
Robb Myhre - Nooksack Valley HS, WA - "Two years ago, before joining the System, we finished our season 2-
8. We attended our first System clinic the following spring. The next season, we finished 9-2 and made it to the
quarterfinals of the state tournament. This past weekend we again played in the quarterfinal game, entering with a
10-2 record. With 8 min remaining in the third quarter, we were down 40-13. With six minutes to go in the
fourth, we were up by the final margin of 54-47. 41 points in just over 13 minutes and our school's first trip ever
to the state semifinals. This would not have been possible with our old wing T offense. Talk about community
excitement...wow. Thanks again for everything. Looking forward to LA again this year."

Mark West - West Point Academy, NY - "The Army Sprint Football team at West Point improved its overall
record from 2-5 the past two seasons to 6-1 this year, barely missing an undefeated season by one point. A 2-year
client of the TFS, Army Sprint Football jumped from 4th in the Collegiate Sprint Football League in total offense
to #1 and averaged 32.8 points per game. Our improvement in the running game this year allowed us to be more
effective with the passing game. I've known Tony since the days I played QB for him in high school. He told me to
keep working hard and to stay patient. He also told me to keep playing fast. Our program has improved thanks
in large part to his advice and his system."

Jeff Ashby - Giltner HS, NE - "Just dropping you a note letting you know my team just qualified for the state
championship game to be held next Monday. This is the first time for Giltner High School to play for the state
championship since 1984. We won our semi-final game last night 64-36 over an undefeated team who beat us the
second game of the year. My quarterback threw for 302 yards and 8 touchdowns while running for 145 yards and
1 touchdown. We only scored 37 points the first time we played them. So once we had a little time to learn the
SYSTEM you can see we improved by almost 30 points. Thanks for everything!"

Travis Johnson - South Eugene HS, OR - "Our season wasn't like the others you have been sending out, but it
was a marked improvement from our 0-9 season last year. South Eugene went 5-4 this year missing the playoffs.
we lost 3 of the 4 games by a touchdown only. We are in the highest classification, 6A, and arguably the toughest
league in Oregon. The System has helped our offense, my coaching, and brought an excitement to our school.
This has made it easier to get players to come out. I'm very excited for next year and what it will bring."

Roy Roberts - Bloomfield HS, CT - "Hope all is well. We finished 9-2, lost in the Semi-Finals in the playoffs
this year to the team that won the Class S state championship, but we were also CCC Division IV Conference
Champions as well. I look forward to seeing you guys again this year. We also led the state in scoring in the
regular season at 41.9 points per game. Although we did not win that State Championship, it was a productive
season."

Grey Powell - Prattville Christian Academy, AL - PCA was 0-11 last year and pretty dismal on offense!
This year, our first in the system, we went 7-4, got beat in the first round of the playoffs to the #1 team
in state and had almost 5,000 yards of offense! It was a great year, thanks!"

Joel Schrenk - Cannon County HS, TN - "Congrats on a great win Saturday. I am glad things are going
good. You deserved better than you got last year at the ugliest village on the plains. A little update on
Cannon County, we were down 14-0 at half in a muddy, wet game and came back and won 20-14. We
hit for 3 TD passes, they never knew what hit em. It was the first time in over 20 years we had beaten
that school and the first time in school history we ever beat a ranked opponent. All that in the rain and
two inches of mud. This offense is great in the rain, and our kids believe it. Thanks for all you do for
your clients."

Erik Becker - Daniel Hand HS, CT - "Coach, tonight we played our first game in pouring rain. I've
always told our kids that "our offense is the best in the rain and snow". Well, we scored five quick
touchdowns before slowing our selves down and had NO turnovers. Everything worked. We are now
10-1 in the system. Thank you so much!"

"I'm so proud to be able to write you this email. Tonight we finished our second year in "The System" with a
thorough trouncing of our main rivals, the Guilford Indians, 41-7. That win capped our first undefeated season in
my coaching career. So now in two years running the TFS we are 19-1 with a 31.1ppg average. Coach, thanks so
much. I am such a believer in what we do and I know that I will coach this system until the day I hang it up. It is
just absolutely amazing."

Rory Rosenbach - Glacier Peak HS, WA - "The 2009 System Seminar was the best one yet. As a third
year client we as a staff felt like we got as much or more out of the 2009 Dallas Seminar as we did in
any previous year. Tony, Donny, Nate and the rest of the staff have done an excellent job maintaining
the integrity of The System Seminars while also bringing new and exciting ideas for those Alumni
coaches who make the seminars an annual event. Like in previous years, I learned something about
each concept at every seminar I have attended; something that I missed in previous years. Additionally,
in 2009 The System Team brought several new and exciting ideas from some of the top college
coordinators in the country. Ideas that apply directly what we do in the system. I know we as a staff
came away more excited than ever about our offensive plan and about the upcoming season. It
solidified the fact that this is the most important thing we do as a staff every year. We get more out of
this Seminar every year than any other thing we do. Thanks to The System Team for all their hard
work."

Shad Hanna - Alpine HS, TX - "Just wanted to let y'all know we threw for 478 yds this week against
an undefeated 3A team from El Paso area. We had a total 540. WOW. We have a total of 1857 and
1526 Passing in 4 games and have scored 179 points. We have the #1 QB in the area. We have the #1,2,
and 3 Rec in the areaWe have the top scoring Player in area. Don't want to talk about where we are in
the area in rushing. ;) Like it really matters! Right! haha We are having a great time and hope to
continue with this success.
Just wanted to pass this along. I am so proud of my kids! We will be facing a man free this week.
something new for us and our kids. And we get to play at Ratliff stadium in Odessa TX on a Saturday
afternoon. Got to be fun! Thanks!"

Brad Wilson - Westminster HS, MD - "Just wanted to let you know that the seminar this past weekend
in New Jersey was by far the most informative football clinic/seminar that I have attended in my 25
years of coaching. The attention to details was incredible. It was nice to have met you and I will be
attending other Tony Franklin Seminars in the future."

George Machado - Wm. Horlick HS, WI - "Losing the State of Wisconsin's Offensive Player of the
year at QB evidently has not slowed down the Second Year System Client Racine Horlick Rebels'
offensive potency. With a new QB (Kellen Miller #10, Senior), the Rebels were 32 of 53 for 511 yards
and 6 TD's. Miller had 0 interceptions. Hooray for the vertical set as the Rebels' Offensive Line did not
give up a sack."

Charlie Burnett - Essex Junction HS, VT - "We are first year clients and I just wanted to share the
results of our opening game last Friday. We won 54-12 and in the first half our QB was 12 for 14 with a

school record 6 TDs! We wished we could run more plays to test things out with our starters but they
kept scoring every other play. Went to the bench early and had to run and throw WR screens to finish it
out. Still got in "trouble" for thowing a 42-yard Bubble Screen for a TD in the 4th to our 3rd string F
from our back up QB.

Thanks to Tony, Donny, Jep, and the staff at Troy for helping us to learn this offense. Amazing stuff!"

Erick Streelman - Valley Christian HS, CA - "This is our second year in the system and we have been
seeing exactly what Tony was talking about...the second year is easier than the first. Last week we threw
for 300 yards in the first half and we only threw it deep once, when we checked to slugo vs cover 2.
Everything else was screen and 60's that receivers broke after the catch. A little tip that has helped us is
this: We give the QB a copy of the opening script to put in his wristband. It has really helped us play fast
right out of the gate. The kids don't have to look at the sideline for signals at all, the QB just verbalizes
and we go. The last two weeks we have been up 14-0 before we even had to signal in a play. Do your
homework, put together a great script and let the kids execute it as fast as possible."

Charlie Burnett - Essex Junction HS, VT - "1st-year clients from Vermont continue to roll. Now 4-0
and won this week 53-7 against a playoff bound spread no-huddle team. QB was 31 of 50 for 466 yards
and 7 touchdowns (all school records). Now has 23 TD's on the season. Best officiating crew we've
seen yet with house-keeping time. First time this year that we got more than 40 offensive snaps (got 77
this week!). The tools in this offense are outstanding. We always have an answer for whatever the
defense shows us. The coaches take care of the details and the kids take care of the tempo, and things
just work out well. Thanks for everything."

Mark Wechter - Washington Township HS, NJ - "1st yr client, we are 3-0 and the past 2 weeks our
QB has set and broke 2 school records. After being a very successful Wing T team for 30 plus yr we
were not know for our passing game. 2 weeks ago our QB threw for 297 (record). This past Friday he
threw for 344 and 5 TD's (both records). For the season 69-83, 746 yds. We still have a long way to
go, but our kids are getting better every day and lovin the system."

Phil Truax - Lexington HS, NE - "I'm Phil Truax from Lexington High School in Nebraska. I don't know if you
remember or not, but last spring I sent you some game film and asked for your advice about how to do a few
things differently versus our opening opponent this season. Well, we had the game, and we won 24 to 19, and we
used almost all of the things you suggested to us. You were right on the money, and I just wanted to thank you
for your help. You know how much winning that first game means to a team, and you played a big role in helping
our kids get off to a great start. Thanks!!

Thanks for considering this, Donny! I appreciate everything you and The System Coaches have done for me and
Lexington's football program!"

John Edge - Owensboro Catholic HS, KY - "Tony, I just got done watching the Strength and Conditioning
Video. We do a lot of this stuff, but there was some great stuff he did with ladder drills that I am going to change.
This video is also good to have kids watch. Also Coach Shaughnessy does great in explaining each exercise and
workout. Great Job!!! Just when I think you guys have done everything you out do yourselves."

Paul Rorke - Syosset HS, NY - "We implemented Tony and Donny's suggestions from the conference call last
Sunday night. Remember our starting QB went down and we were playing an opponent we had not beaten since
1991. We beat them Thursday night on a field goal with time running out. Thanks again."

2008
Richard White - Dadeville High School, Dadeville, AL - "This was our first year in the system, and we finished
the 2008 regular season with a perfect10-0 record after going 0-10 during the 2007 season. We went to the
second round of the AHSAA playoffs. Our final 2008 record was 11 wins and 1 loss. We became the first
school in AHSAA history to go from 0-10 to 10-0 in consecutive years. Also, our offense set a school record
for points scored during the season with 427 for an average of 35.6 points per game. Looking forward to the
clinic!"

Gary Krumm - Jerome High School, Jerome, ID - "We just finished our second season with The System
here at Jerome High School in Idaho. We were beaten in the 4A state championship game 55-35. It
was the first championship game for our high school in 23 years! Donny Walker made the trip to
Idaho for the title tilt and also game planned with us week in and week out, all season long. We
outscored our opponents 474 to 282 in twelve games. Our QB's were 336 for 501 with 35
touchdowns. We gave up 18 sacks in 519 passing situations! Pretty amazing, really.
Our two year starting quarterback went down with a broken arm during the second quarter of our
quarterfinal game. Our junior backup stepped into The System without missing a beat. He set a state
record in the championship game by throwing for 371 yards. (we dropped three passes that would
have increased his yardage to well over 450 yards). We also ran for over 100 yards in the game. Our
downfall came on the other side of the football (pretty obvious).
The thing about The System is YOU GET IT ALL, from drills to practice plans; from small,
important details to entire week game plans. The guess work is gone when you apply The System.
Our offensive staff was able to meet each Sunday evening to participate in The System's conference
calls, and Donny's film breakdown meshed great with our staff's film work.
I can't tell you how pleased we are with what we've received during our two years inside one off the most
exciting offensive schemes around. Words don't seem to do it justice. Our community and our
kids love what we do! Our opponents hate it! That sums it up pretty well. Thanks SYSTEM
people!"

Billy Mills - Dinwiddie Co. High School, Dinwiddie, VA - "Thanks Tony just beat Liberty 42 to 21 going to
Blacksburg for the State Championship sure glad I opened that flyer 3 years ago!"

Steve Allosso - Minnechauq Regional High School, MA - "Last spring I made a move that most thought was
insane, in reality it was a little crazy. I left Virginia Beach (the 757), our home for 20+ years, and a school,
team, area, home we loved very, very much. A school that treated my family and I like royalty, where my kids
excelled. The area in the 757 is a football mecca for high schools, all the facilities down there were great, and
the competition awesome. Where did we move? Western Massachusetts, the beach to mountains, a vibrant
city, to a little New England town, a school of 2400 to a regional school of 1100. Why? Because I wanted to
watch my son a football player at Holy Cross and daughter a field hockey player at Boston University, so that
little itch, sent me here. Well, we are playing in the playoffs, rewrote the record books, using The System. Our
QB needs 3 more TD passes to break the state record of 39 in a season. We have a receiver with 77 catches
1212 yards, another with 711, and 2 more over 400. WE averaged 40 points a game, and that's pulling the
starters out after most halfs, Its been great, The System has been so neat to employ its made the move worth
it, not to mention I made 9 of 11football games of my son's and half my daughter's games. Thank you all!"

John Boles - Maumee High School, OH - "We are planning on being at Nashville. A lot of things clicked for us
offensively, breaking a lot of offensive records. You and your staff have played a big part helping all of my
coaches buy into what we are doing."

Dennis Dunn - Louisiana College, LA - First Year Client - "Louisiana College posted its first winning season
since football returned to the college in 2000. It marks the first winning season since 1961. The Wildcats
finished 7-3. Senior quarterback Derek Lewis led the conference in passing and three LC receivers finished in

the top 5 of every receiving category. This was my third season at LC after a long high school coaching career
at Evangel Christian in Shreveport, Louisiana where we won 10 state titles and the 1999 National
Championship. If you need more info, you can call me at 318-613-6767."

Neal Pucciarelli - Cumberland Gap High School, TN - "Although we lost 13 seniors to graduation and had
never had back to back winning seasons in the history of the school we found a way to be successful with the
system. Last year's QB was 6'8", threw for over 3000 yards, and first team all state. Our guy this year was
5'10" and 240 lbs, and started for the first time. He finished first statistically in East Tennessee. Ryan threw
for over 2500 yards and 21 touchdowns. Without sack losses he would have been our leading rusher. We
finished the year 7-3 and made the playoffs.

My point is, the system works! You can fit it to personnel, and you do have to coach the little things to be
successful. The subtle changes in the screen game were great. The power play was our best run. The
continued coaching we get from you and the position coaches makes us better as a staff.

We have even put the system in with our middle school team. They have won 15 ball games in two years,
and have averaged thirty kids a year playing middle school ball. This is a first for us. We have a freshman qb
coming in this year who has been in the system for three years now, and all of our coaches have "bought in".

In closing, thanks so much! The offense allows us to compete against better athletes and bigger schools.
Your passion for the game has revitalized many of us. The biggest complement that you are getting is that
now are opponents are copying many of the things we use against them.

Justin Starck- Thurston High School, Springfield, OR - "Currently we are 7-0 and reaching unprecedented
offensive numbers. We are fortunate to have an amazing senior quarterback (Tym Pearson) who has throw for
2153 yards at a 68% completion rate. He's had 28 touchdowns and only 4 interceptions and he's rushed for
432 yards and 10 touchdowns. We are averaging 52.9 points per game and have already broken nearly every
school record on offense. Our quarterback is closing in on the all-time league records and some state records.

We have yet to accomplish our ultimate team goal, but so far I can say this about the system: It is not a fluke.
The Tony Franklin System has great plays, but it's not the plays that win the games. The system wins the
games. When I say "The System" I'm referring to the practice plans, the conceptual way of teaching the
quarterback, the drills, the techniques, and the use of tempo as an offensive weapon. We have tried to follow
the DVD and seminar instructions 100%. We fully bought in to practicing the pass game 90% of the time and
keeping our run game very simple and the run game has never been better!

Next year our all-star QB will be off to college, but I have complete confidence in the fact that "The System"
will work very well with less talent and experience. Gone are the days of five or six hour coaches meetings on
Sunday in which we completely changed everything we did based on the opponent. Gone are the days of
having confused kids on the field who were frustrated and did some things well, but nothing GREAT!

The Tony Franklin System has changed my coaching career for the better. It has reduced my stress level and
made me more available to my family. Our players are confident and able to practice and play without
confusion."

George Redding - Head Coach, Fairview HS, Cullman, AL- "I just wanted to give you guys a little update on
our success here at Fairview High School in Cullman , Alabama since going to the system. Prior to going to
the system Fairview High School was 5-25 from 2004-2006 averaging only 16.4 points per game. Since then
we are 11-4. In 2007, we were able to go 6-4 (first year in the system) (missing the playoffs and being #2 in
our region and hosting a playoff game by one game, which we barely lost to a top 10 team in the state) and
averaged just over 30 points per game. Our QB threw 7 TD passes in one game against our cross town rival
Holly Pond. He also made All State All Athlete as a sophomore, with a completion rate of over 65%. Also

that year we were able to go down to Birmingham and beat a team 28-6 that NOBODY thought we could
beat. That Monday morning, my principal stopped me in the hallway and said, "Coach I believe that is the
biggest win in our school history."

This year, 2008, we have got off to a 5-0 start averaging 53.2 points per game. Fairview has not started off 5-
0 since 1993. Our QB tied his record of 7 TD passes this year in a region game against Douglas. His
completion rate for this season so far is 70.45%. His sophomore year, he threw for 18 TDs while this year he
has already thrown 20 TDs just half way through the regular season.

The system has given us new life and the confidence to compete. We have gone from hoping to win
to EXPECTING TO WIN and fighting each week to earn that region championship. Thanks Tony,
Donny, and many others for all you do for high school football."

Robert Higginbotham - Head Coach Tuscaloosa County, AL - 2nd Most Winning Active Coach in AL History
"After coaching the wing-T for most of my career I was introduced to "the system" in 2004. As a former
player and disciple of "Bear Bryant" I would have never believed that I could have so much fun and success
throwing the football! We have been able to get players out for football that would have never played had we
been still running the wing-T. We have broken numerous offensive records but the best thing since
implementing "the system" is that we have a 51-9 record, have upset nationally ranked top 25 teams, have had
3 regular seasons with 10-0 records, and have won 4 region championships."

Lou Marinelli - Head Coach, New Canaan, CT - "I have been the head football coach at New Canaan High
School in New Canaan, Connecticut for 28 years. During my tenure at NCHS, we have used various styles of
offense and, with each year that passed, we adapted our system to the personnel we had for that season. This
resulted in a conglomerate of offensive theories, plans and methods of communication that became wordy,
confusing and difficult to follow and teach. The Tony Franklin System brought simplicity, clarity and
efficiency to our offense, and it played an integral part in our winning back to back state championships. This
fast-paced system has had an amazing effect on our program, and our players and coaches love it."

Kyle Lynch - Head Football Coach, Canadian HS, TX -"The System has been a great addition to our football
program. It has rejuvenated our players and coaches. Our program had been successful in previous years.
We were looking for something to take us to the next level. The System did just that as we won a State
Championship in our first year. The System is not just about X's and O's. Donny Walker and his staff teach
you how to implement the offense. They show you how to structure efficient practices. Most importantly,
they teach you how to coach the details to make the offense successful. It is unique in the amount of
materials that you receive. The staff is supportive and gives feedback throughout the year. We highly
recommend The System."

Bryan Sanders - Head Coach, Hampton HS, AR - "I am the head football coach a Hampton High School in
Arkansas. This is my 1st year in the system and we have loved it. We have set every school passing record at
both levels (Jr. and Sr. High). Although, we finished with a 3-7 record (Sr. High) we have been very
competitive in most our games. 3-7 seasons are nothing to really brag about but this was the most wins by
our program in 5 years. Just one season ago we had the second longest losing streak in the state at 22. My Jr.
High team finished with a 5-2 record which is the best finish in 9 years. I want to personally thank you, Tony,
and Donny for all the work you do. You guys have been a blessing!"

Greg Malling - Head Coach, Thomas S Wootton, MD - "Just a note of thanks for everything you've provided in
your system. The materials, the conference calls, and the network of TFS clients has been invaluable.
We also had the chance to work with Donny Walker, which was one of the best decisions we've made as a
staff. He helped us fine-tune our drills, work at a faster tempo then we ever had, and raised our team's
understanding of what "good" really means.

On a side note, just our practice tempo alone is turning heads. We now get people coming just to watch
practice and the pace everything moves. Several times we've even had soccer parents come over from their
practice just to see what was going on."

Ken Levine - Head Coach, Osh Kosh West, WI - "This is our second year in The System and we've loved
every minute of it. We broke almost all of our school's offensive records last year and even though
we're only half way through this season, some of last year's records have already fallen with more to
come! Our kids love playing in this offense. We have more kids out for our varsity team than we've
had in years and many have mentioned that they couldn't imagine going back to our "old way" of
doing things. Donny Walker, and the rest of The System staff, are extremely knowledgeable and
helpful and have changed the way we play football!"

Bruce Miller - Head Coach, Gainesville HS, GA - "Donny Walker came and spent 3 days with us. It was the
most informative 3 days I have ever spent as a coach and I have been a coach for 35 years". Donny spent time
teaching the in and outs of the offense to our players and our coaches. I was amazed out how much he knows
about this offense and how he taught it to our players!!! We have started 5-0 and are averaging 30 points a
game and 380 yards of offense a game. I really think this is largely because of Donny teaching us how to run
the offense correctly. Thanks Donny!!!"

Kwame Dixon - Head Coach, West Johnston HS, NC - "I just wanted to write and say thank you to you and
your staff for making our stay at camp a tremendous opportunity. My players as well as my staff, came away
with a much better understanding of the offense and in particular their confidence level in the offense and
each other was a gigantic benefit. I have been to many camps over the years and I can honestly say that for all
the members of the West Johnston High School Football Program it was the best that I have been a part of.
Thank you again for the opportunity to participate and I look forward to bringing the kids again next year.
Since we have returned from the camp we have dominated our passing league and a passing tournament. I can
not thank you and your staff enough. I hope to keep you up to date with our success once the season begins.

Scott Parr - Offensive Coordinator, West Texas A&M - "The System Seminars have helped our offensive
production tremendously over the past two seasons. The teaching details have been extremely beneficial to
our offensive staff. This offense is driven by attention to details and that's exactly what you get from 'The
System.' If you're looking for an edge, the System is where to find it."

Will Wolfe - Head Coach, Brighton HS, TN - "Brighton High School just finished the regular season 9-1 and
hosting the first round of the playoffs. The record is best in school history and it is the first time to host a
playoff game! We were coming off a 6-4 record last year.
We passed for 219 last year as a team and are at 1700 this year with sophomore at qb after week 5 when we
lost our starter to a broken collarbone."

Robb Myhre - Head Coach, Nooksack Valley HS, WA - "After reading the many testimonials in the
brochure last year, we wondered if the System was truly all that. But after finishing 2-7 we new we needed to
make some changes and take some risks. The result is that we are currently 7-1 with 7 consecutive wins. We
have wrapped up our league title for the first time since 1977 and are the first team in the state to officially
qualify for the state playoffs in our classification. Our community has an electricity in it that they haven't had
in a number of years. We can't thank you enough for all of the stuff that is included in the cost of being a part
of this. It's been worth every penny."

George Machado - Head Coach, Wm. Racine Horlick HS, WI - "We won our final regular season game 55-
35 and clinched the Conference Championship. It is our first year in the system and we averaged 37 points per
game and over 400 yards of offense per game. Our QB, in 9 games, threw for over 2000 yards, 23 TD's and 5
ints., while rushing for over 1000 yards and 15 TD's...
The system has really allowed us to maximize all of our talent as we have had great success in spreading the
ball around. Our playoffs begin soon and we are hoping to make a run!"

2007

Ron Beacom - Head Coach, Archbishop Bergan HS, NE - Over the years, we have spent literally thousands of
dollars on clinics, instructional videos, camps and the like when you include travel and hotel expense, etc.
However, we had always done it in bits and pieces (nickel and diming) and the results were we received bits
and pieces of information that we were forced to try to fit into what we were currently trying to do.

This past year, we knew we needed to look at things differently and invested into an entire system with the
Tony Franklin System. Again, the results were what we paid for, we received an entire system. We received
not just X's and O's, but great application for the theory, with practice planning, game planning, personnel
usage, and the whole nine yards. It is the first clinic I ever walked away from knowing I would carry the
clinic with me on DVD and have continued access to the expertise knowledge just shared with me throughout
the year via the phone or internet. Not to mention, the added bonus of being able to bring my kids to your
camp, where you helped us learn how to practice within the system. It completely changed how we look at
the game of football and most definitely has altered my approach to clinics. Our kids love it, our coaches love
it, our parents love it and our fans love it."

Rory Rosenbach - Head Coach, Marist Catholic HS, OR - "We are a small private school in Eugene, Oregon
with an enrollment of about 500. This is our first year in The System and it has been great. We are running
on all cylinders as the playoffs approach and I am very optimistic about our chances to make a run deep into
the post season. To be honest, when we first started implementing The System we struggled. I was very
excited heading into spring, but it did not go as smoothly as planned. As a staff we bought in wholesale and
changed all of our terminology and we struggled early on. The kids and coaches didn't adjust to the tempo as
quickly as I had hoped and I was a little worried going into summer camps and workouts. But we hung in
there and stuck to your blueprint and it has been well worth it. By the end of summer we were really starting
to click and the kids were really buying in. Now if I told them we were going back to our old way of doing
things they would fight me every step of the way. They love it! They know we have an advantage every time
we step on the field. We are a 4A school (6A is the top classification) and have played what I would consider
the toughest 4A schedule in the state. We are 6-2 on the year with our only 2 losses coming from a Top 5 6A
program in the first week of the season and at the hands of the #1 4A program in the state (we still scored 36
on them). We beat a 5A playoff team in Wk 2 by scoring two touchdowns in the final minute of the game and
I know that without The System it would not have been possible. Similarly, we went 75 yards in 50 seconds
and kicked the game winning field goal as time expired to win another game against a top 4A team and league
rival. Again, without having practiced the way Tony teaches, our kids would not have had the confidence to
execute that drive. We are averaging 40 points a game, and our quarterback (who is only 5'8) has thrown for
1750 yards and 15 touchdowns while only averaging only 3 quarters a game of playing time. We have three
receivers with over 35 catches and we have thrown touchdowns to 11 different players. We are traditionally a
good offensive football team, but with this offense I feel like we finally have THE SYSTEM that is easily
teachable and executable year in and year out regardless of talent level. We get better every week because we
practice the same way no matter who we play. I spend a quarter of the time game planning because
everything we need in already in place. Our kids know that no matter what we see defensively we can easily
adjust and have great success. As a staff we are already looking forward to next years clinics so that we can
further our ability to teach this offense. Thanks for all your help and patience in answering our questions on a
weekly basis. It has really accelerated the learning curve."

Ken Gleaton - Head Football Coach, Cullman HS, AL - "Tony, let me say that we have had an amazing year so
far this season. We are currently 4-0 averaging nearly 400yds a game & 38 pts (as of 9/20/2007). We are in
the driver's seat in our region & have our cross-town rival this week. If we can pull this one off, we will be on
track to have the best record since the 80's."

Neal Majewski - Athletic Director, Boling HS, TX - "Tony, first year in the system and we are doing well. We
are 1-1 so far (as of 9/20/2007). We scored 54 last week. 230 pass/220 run. The first week we only had the
ball for 18 minutes/40 plays and still racked up 350+. 2 turnovers and our not so good defense hurt us.

Scott Meadows - Head Coach, William Blount HS, TN - "Tony, just a note to tell you that this is our first year
in the system and it has been unbelievable. We have started the season 4-0 for the first time in the history of
William Blount HS. This past week we played the #4 ranked team in the state in 5A and won 32-0. We are
presently ranked #5 in the state, again the first time ever being ranked in the state. We are averaging 402
yards a game and 30.1 points a game. Averaging 185 yards a game passing and 217 yards rushing. We were
no where close to those totals last year. We are seeing a different defense almost every week, but our players
have picked it up. They know it doesn't matter what our opponent is going to throw at us, we will move the
ball in this offense. Thanks for everything that you are doing."

Bruce Sheppard - Head Coach, Loudoun Valley HS, VA - "Thoroughly enjoyed the seminar, and am anxious to
keep learning while some of it is still fresh in my mind. Thanks again for the best football learning
experience that I have had at a seminar in my 28 years of coaching."

Jimmy Jarrett - Offensive Coordinator, George Walton Academy, GA - "I'd like to take this opportunity to tell
you a couple of things about my brand new experience with The System. First, thank you for how you've
handled me and other new coaches to the system. I attended the '07 Nashville seminar, and I attended two
days of your spring practice at Troy this past winter. I appreciate the professionalism with which you spoke
to me about the various questions I had, and I appreciate that you seem to genuinely care that the team I'm
coaching has success soon in the system. You've offered an unlimited amount of back-up and support. I can't
tell you how awesome it is to have the DVDs to show my quarterbacks and other players; how helpful it is
having the thumbdrive and the TeamHighway website; and how having a big network of coaches to work
with across the southeast has helped, not to mention the availability of coaches on your own staff that are
willing to help. Secondly, we had our first day of spring practice yesterday. MAN, there was excitement on
the football field! Just this morning, a stud wide-receiver type kid walked into my classroom asking if it was
too late to play football this spring. He'd been talking with some buddies who are on the team, and he just
couldn't help but want to be a part of the fun - WHAT A RECRUIT, totally sold on playing football because
of The System! I look forward to reporting to you how we progress, and I thank you again for being a
comrade in the business of educating kids and teaching both the game of football and the game of life."

Scott Meadows - Head Coach, William Blount HS, TN - "My coaches and I just returned from the seminar you
had in Nashville. This was, by far, the best coaching clinic that I have ever attended. My coaches and I really
enjoyed the Super Bowl weekend. We, as a staff, got more out of this than we could ever imagine. I will
never attend another clinic. We already started putting The System in and the players are loving it. At other
clinics I have gone to, I hoped to get one thing that I could use. At this seminar, there is not one thing that I
don't want to use. Thanks for having us, and we can't wait until next year."

Scott Meadows - Head Coach, William Blount HS, TN - "Just wanted to drop you a note and tell you that The
System is amazing. We just completed our spring practice using The System for the first time. Our players
love all of it, from the practices to the result from our first scrimmage. After running the system for the 10
days of spring practice, we had our first scrimmage last Friday. The result was a 41-6 win, using our second
unit most of the second half. We had over 500 yards of offense. Our players are excited about the fall, our
school is excited about the fall, and our community is in an uproar. Thanks for everything that you all are
doing."

Randy Jackson - AD/Head Coach, Lone Oak, TX - "Yesterday we went over to Royse City for a 7 on 7 tourney.
I only had four kids show up ( and I was upset!!). Coach Webb at Royse City gave me 3thof his kids - two of
them did not even play offense for him. The four I had were three sophomores and an 8 grader. None of
them were on the varsity last year.

Anyway, we went 3-0 in pool play! We beat Royse City #2 (Class AAA), Terrell (Class AAAA) and Forney
(Class AAAA). We are Class AA. We were even the #1 seed going into the playoffs because of points
scored! Because of the wristbands the Royse City kids could join our team and play. We finally got beat in
the play-offs by Canton - another Tony Franklin System Client.

The coaches at the tournament who didn't know about The System couldn't understand how we took three
kids and they were functioning in the offense. It was definitely an inside source of pride for the TF coaches."

Matt Fligg - Head Coach, Monroe Area HS, GA - "We have our spring game tonight. You would not believe
the excitement this offense has created this spring. As coaches, we did exactly what you said, came home
and studied this offense. I was worried about the kids, but they have done an unbelievable job learning the
scheme. I knew I had a smart QB to run the offense, and I just had him 5 days due to state baseball play-offs.
My receivers had stepped it up, and the line (which was pathetic), seem like they are more comfortable
blocking in The System. The zone, stretch, trap, and lead have been successful also. The crossing routes
seem undefeatable
I will be a witness at your seminar next year!!! I hope our record reflects it. Thanks Tony."

Russell Roberts - Head Coach, New Caney HS, TX - Letter to Tony Franklin
Coach Franklin,
I am sure you get testimonials and thanks all the time. This one may be a little different. I signed up
for the Franklin System in January. At that time, I was the head coach at Wharton High School in
Wharton, Texas where I had been for the last nine years. I have thirty-one years experience as a
head coach. I attended, with most of my staff, both the Dallas and Houston seminars. Lee Hayes,
Baylor University O.C., really encouraged us to bite the bullet to become a part of your system.

In a board meeting the week after Dallas, my contract was non-renewed despite the fact that we had
made the Texas High School playoffs five of the last seven years. Although I was told at that time
that I would be allowed to serve the last year of my contract, the week after the Houston seminar I
was reassigned. No reason was given. (Maybe I shouldn't leave town.)

Although I am eligible to retire here in Texas, I still want to coach. Your seminars have me as
motivated as I have been in a long time. I began to apply for jobs. Seven head coach jobs and
fifteen playoff teams should have helped me to find one. I applied in all five of our state's
classifications, and my years of experience make my salary a little high for many schools. Although
I did get interviews at Class AAA, Class AAAA, and Class AAAAA schools, I could not land a job.
Finally, in May I got another interview at New Caney HS (a Class AAAA located about 10 miles
from where you held your Houston Seminar.) The process was one of the most involved I have ever
seen. I had to meet with two committees, one with five members, and another with fifteen before I
ever got to the school board. Here and especially in the second interview is where the Tony Franklin

System helped me. We were expected to make a presentation in the second meeting and to respond
to five questions in fifteen minutes. Because of your strong encouragements to use technology, I
decided to use a PowerPoint program. This proved to be crucial, as all five of the finalists took this
tactic, so without it I would have washed out quickly. In my presentation, I used your list of drills
that address the skills needed to run your offense. (I had my defensive coordinator draw up skills
and drills for defense as well.) I used some of your game plans and practice schedules from the flash
drive and even made up a set of wristbands for the fifteen members of the committee. In the
extensive question and answer session following the presentation, I used ideas which I picked up
from Rush Propst, Hoover HS, about community support and fund raising. The committee was
concerned that although I have run No Huddle Shot Gun (based on the Air Raid) at Wharton which
had a good number of skilled athletes that the System wouldn't work at New Caney with lesser
skilled athletes and because the previous coach had failed to make the playoffs after going to the
shotgun spread. The knowledge I got in the System enabled me to answer these questions to their
approval. Although the difference between the second place coach and myself was very narrow
(according to the superintendent) by the time I got to the school board the job was mine to win or
lose.

I am convinced that had I not attended your seminars, and more importantly, had I not made strong
use of what I had learned, I would be retired now, or possibly working as an assistant is some West
Texas High School. I have been able to bring two assistants with me; my son will coach the
quarterbacks, and my secondary coach will coach the receivers by his request (due to the TFS). I
hope what I have learned serves me as well on Friday nights this fall as it did in committee rooms
this spring. I feel sure it will. I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO OUR CONFERENCE CALLS
AND NEXT SPRING'S SEMINARS. Hopefully, I will have a lot more to share and more to thank
you for.

Russell Roberts

P.S. The coach who replaced me at Wharton is another Tony Franklin System Member, Gary Van
Sant from Tidehaven High School. Oh yes, Wharton was a small Class AAA school. New Caney is
a large Class AAAA that may go Class AAAAA next year.

Neil Weiner - Head Coach, Catholic High (PC), New Roads, LA - "Tony, we just beat last year's state finalist
and district champion 34-7. Their coach all week said in every interview, "They ain't scoring no 40 points
on us." Needless to say, we were praying to get the ball back at the end in scoring position to get that 40. Oh
well, we'll just take the 10-0 record and District Championship! 3-7 (2004), 4-6 (2005), 10-0 (2006). Not too
shabby. Our players are better. Our defense is better. Our coaches are better. We would have been
good this year running our old offense. However, with the Tony Franklin System in place, we have been
GREAT!" (11-0 as of this printing)

Rodney Webb - Head Coach, Royse City HS, TX - "Tony, I wanted to update you on our progress with the
system: 3-0 record, 46.7 points per game, 456 yards per game (206 rushing/250 passing), 68% completions/9
TDs/2 Ints, 10 different players have receptions and 7 different players have TD receptions. Last week, we
led 42-0 at halftime with 413 yards (286 passing and 4 TD passes). We set school records with 363 yards
passing and 5 TD passes. WE BELIEVE!!!!!! (9-1 as of this printing)

Kerry Martin - Head Coach, Marion HSt h, Illinois - "The Marion Wildcats are 7-1 and won a share of the South
Seven Conference title. Only the 4 title in 85 years! Matt leads all area passers in every category and only
has 4 interceptions all year. Nascar has been amazing. I think we play better in an up tempo pace." (10-2
for 2006)

Tony Perrou - Head Coach, Southern Alamance HS, NC - "In our 2nd game of the season we passed for 342
yards against the defending State runner-ups. This was more yardage than we passed for the entire previous
season combined."

Danny Edelman - Head Coach, Red Oak HS, TX - "Huge Win!" Red Oak HS in Texas broke a 22 game losing
streak winning 35-0 last week!

Mike Fell - Head Coach, Ada HS, Ohio - "Our football stats for the first 2 games in the system at Ada.
Quarterback Zac Dysert (6'3", 185, Jr) - Game 1 - 37-56 for 517 yards. Game 2 - 39-58 for 406 yards, 3 TDs,
2 ints (We won the game on the last play (Early 91 Rodeo) after a 75 yard drive in 1:40 seconds. 5
different receivers have at least 10 catches and 2 have over 40 catches. The conference call was great!"

Joe Delaney - Head Coach, Grand Blanc HS, Michigan - "First year in system, full implementatiton." First game
win-420 yards total offense, QB 16-25 for 240 yards, 2 TDs. NASCAR kicked their butt in 4 h qtr-they had to
use 2 defensive time-outs. FREEZE got them twice in crucial situations, the last gave us a first down to
enable us to run out the clock."

Neil Weiner - Catholic High (PC), New Roads, LA. Letter to Tony Franklin.

Tony,

What an inr dcredible story the 2006 Hornets have been. Without Toddrick Bajoie (LSU commit) we rattled off
only the 3 6-0 record in school history.

We climbed up to #6 in the Louisiana Class 1A State rankings. We faced off the #2 team in the State
rankings and the favorite to win our district (conference). We were so much smaller than all of their players.
We went down 21-7 in the 1st quarter. Early in the 2d quarter we went BLUE LATE 92 on the 3 yard line
and threw a beautiful pass to the back pylon, just like we do everyday in MESH drill and scored to bring it
within one score.

We then got the ball on our own 10 yard line with 20 seconds to go in the half, went ACE 97, QB worked his
"step-overs" perfectly to his left, he then broke the pocket, and Bajoie who had been cleared earlier in the
week, came from outside on the right #'s and looked like freakin' superman, outjumping our Y who was
trying to split the two safeties, along with soaring over the 2 defenders who were closing in, he then outran
everybody into the endzone, trying the game up before half. Not exactly how you draw it up, but players
making plays because they are confident they can.

In the 4th quarter the score was still 21-21. We went BLUE FLIP 92 Switch H Wheel. QB dropped it in the
bucket between FS and CB to the H for the TD. They tied it up 28-28 on the next possession. WE got the
ball back and with under a minute in the game our QB threw a huge clutch pass to our Y on the 96 Y Wheel.
With Bajoie at the Z, and them in 2 man, the Safety and CB were with the CURL. Their best player was at
the OLB with our Y and was in his back pocket, but he threw to the back pylon and it was money. Ball
game. We upset the favorites to go to the state finals and we remain undefeated. We moved up to #4 in the
polls. We are in the drivers seat to be the District Champs for the first time since 1992.

I don't know if I have missed conference calls or not. But I did get a lot out of the one we had right after
FSU/GT. Good luck to you!

Thanks,

Joe Delaney - Head Coach, Grand Blanc HS, Michigan. Letter to Tony Franklin.

Tony,

This was our first year in the System-we did a full implementation-dropping the Offense we ran for 13 years at
our high school. While our school has always been recognized as a "passing" team, the System gave us a
whole new perspective and method of running an offense.

We produced season records for our QB and one of our receivers with number of completions and receptions.
Our receiver caught 78 passes, which ranks him #4 all-time in the state of Michigan. He also became the first
All-State receiver our school has produced in 19 years. Our QB completed 171 passes, which exceeded the
previous mark by 14, a record that stood for 26 years.

Some other interesting statistics: We produced a school record for total offense in a game with 526 yards - a
record that stood for 21 years. Our QB completed 65% of his passes-up 15% from the previous season, and
doubled the amount of yardage he threw for. Our running back averaged 6.0 yards a carry, and carried the
ball 152 times-we ran the ball the same amount of times each game as in the previous season-this is not just a
passing offense! We increased our number of plays per game by
11.

I plan on attending the Nashville seminar-I would be happy to answer any questions- especially anyone
contemplating moving to the System- I think I have some good insights. Please call me if you have any
questions!
