Forevaluating the bid, Foreign Currency portion shall be converted to equivalent INR on
The basis of rate of conversion of INR to USD/Euro on the first day of the month and year
of submission of bid. RBI exchange rate on the first day of the month and year of the
submission of bid shall be considered.
The amount shall be quoted both in figures and words. In case of any discrepancies, the
amount quoted in words shall be considered.
Total cost includes the cost as per clause 4.10.8(iii) of ITT.

basis as given in the Annexure B2A1.

The Rates are inclusive of all costs such as support staff, round trips, transportation, office rent,
office supplies &utilities, communication, furniture, equipment, reports & documents,
residential accommodation for the Design Office personnel of Design consultant in Delhi/site.
Detailed Design Consultant has to arrange transportation, office & residential accommodation
for their Design personnel in the project area during design phase and construction phase. In the
circumstances when any of these items are provided by IRCON, cost incurred by IRCON shall
be recoverable from DDC. All cost shall be borne by the Consultant.
Tenderer may please note that chainage, co-ordinates, span of bridge, height of bridge and length
for tunnels given above are tentative and may change. Due to change in any of above parameter,
IRCON will not entertain any claim on this account.

NOTE:
The Rates are inclusive of all costs such as support staff, round trips, transportation outside
project area, office supplies & utilities, communication, furniture, equipment, reports &
documents, etc.
Cost of Boarding and lodging (including office & residential accommodation) for the
Construction Supervision personnel of Detailed Design consultant in the project area shall be
borne by the Consultant. In case the office and residential accommodation is provided by
IRCON to the Construction Supervision personnel of Detailed Design consultant, cost of
providing the office and residential accommodation shall be charged to DDC @ INR
20000per sqm of the plinth area. This cost is not inclusive of water, electricity, maintenance,
TV, Internet connection, boarding etc. These are to be arranged by DDC and the cost towards
the above shall be borne by DDC. Payment for Transportation vehicles shall be made as per
accepted rates. Other costs shall be borne by the consultant.
Delhi office shall be the Design Co-ordination Office for co-ordination between
Client/IRCON/Site Consultants/DDCs Home Design offices, and shall provide all necessary
services as required to develop the requisite designs, and their approval.

 During the train operation phase with in DLP, if the services of ventilation/electromechanical
experts, including Home office support are required i.e. S.N. 6& 8above, the services of the
same shall be made available by the consultant. No extra payment shall be made on this
account.
