TAKE NOTICE that your Landlord Edarlex Investments Ltd.


hereby terminates your tenancy of the premises at 49 Talbot Street, Essex, Ontario on the
grounds that the rents and additional rents as set out in your lease remain unpaid for more
than fifteen days from their respective due dates.
AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that the Landlord will claim not only any rents and
additional rents in arrears, but also damages based on the present recovery of damages for
losing the benefit of the demised premises.
You may arrange with the Bailiff!Receivcr/Appointee for the Landlord to attend ut the
p remises during normal business hours within 48 HOURS from the date this notice is
posted &/or served, for the purpose of removing your goods and chat1cls. Failu re to attend
premises for removal of your goods and chattels within the prescribed time as stated, may
result in said goods and chattels being removed and placed in storage pursuant to the
Repair and Storage Lien Act (R.S.L.A.) RSO, 1990 Chapter R25, Part I, section 4. Any
cost of removal and storage will be at your expense as prescribed by the said RSLA.
