Identically to CSCP, Franck Lombardo, CPIM, CSCP and Cedric Stien,
CSCP, will run the training sessions.
For the seminar, the sessions are moderated by APICS instructors
and lectures are given by selected international experts from APICS

The 3rd Lean and Supply Chain Conference is scheduled to benchmark Lean and Supply Chain management issues and operational
excellence projects. This day is accessible separately.
Afternoon session shall be the opportunity for the participants to
attend real case workshops on Constraint Management and Continuous Improvement process. Industrials that have worked with Festo
will testimony and share their experience. Festo Consultants will give
full description of principles applied and support the audience to
characterize the Best Practices to benchmark (and the traps to avoid!)
Visit one of our major European factory and logistic hubs.
Key contributors to the deployment of the Festo Value Production System will explain the ongoing transformation project and share their
expertise on the moderation of the Continuous Improvement Process.
Participants will get to know how Festo develops the competencies
of its associates and achieves the development of a specific company
culture inspired by constraints management. Come and learn about
