Scope of the Position

The Digital Marketing intern is responsible for project-managing, implementing, updating and bug-fixing all non-standard
content on line media. S/he would also explore the possibilities of broadcasting the documentaries on TV channels. The
position is also subject to analyze the social media trends in order to advertise projects properly and for marketing dreamflys
projects on social media.

Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the dreamfly website.

Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.
Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
Review new technologies and keep the organization at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
Undertaking regular proactive optimization based on data analysis focusing on conversion and lead generation.
Managing online brand campaigns to raise brand awareness.

Qualifications

Skills required

Required Qualification, Experience and Skills

1. BBA (Marketing) student from an accredited college/university. Preferably
Sophomore/Junior year.
2. Keen interest in managing PPC, SEO and Affiliate programs.
1. Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best
practice.
2. Interest in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media
3. Excellent attention to detail.
4. Ability to adapt to the dynamic nature of a very young and fast-growing
organization

Ability to work independently, under tight deadlines and with little supervision

connect with those who share the same dreams as theirs and to become considerate citizens. dreamfly started with its mission in
Pakistan by building a primary school in a village Akri, situated in Sindhs coastal district Golarchi. Since that time, dreamfly has
expanded its projects to several other countries, such as India, Afghanistan, Rwanda and Colombia, thereby embarking on a global
mission of connecting the societies in conflict and empowering them.
