Llamamos countable nouns a aquellos sustantivos que hacen referencia a cosas que se
pueden contar y uncountable nouns a los sustantivos que no pueden contarse
(normalmente, estos sustantivos se refieren a cosas con caractersticas abstractas). Hay
algunos sustantivos que pueden ser considerados contables e incontables, dependiendo
de su significado:
uncountable nouns. Para crear una forma singular de estos sustantivos debemos
usar el partitivo a pair of:

1. EQUALITY COMPARATIVES
La estructura que utilizamos para realizar una comparacin de igualdad es la

Los monoslabos y algunos bislabos (los que acaban en -y, -er, -le y -ow)
crean el comparativo aadiendo er y el superlativo aadiendo -est (small;
the tallest girl in the class; that is the best of his novels).
-
The rest of adjectives create the comparative form using more before the
adjective and the most for the superlative form: she is more stubborn than his
3. INFERIORITY COMPARATIVES
Las estructuras que se utilizan para crear una comparacin de inferioridad son las
siguientes:
less + adjective + than = not + as + adjective + as:
