Environmental Permitting
The team at Enzygo has substantial experience in Environmental
Permitting and Regulation and is providing support to a wide range of
clients such as waste operators, utilities companies, county councils and
industrial operators.

We also have the expertise to provide support to those who will fall under
the Environmental Permitting Regime from April 2010 including surface
water and groundwater discharge activities and mining waste operations.

Members of our team have worked for the Environment Agency and so
can provide the added benefit of insight into regulatory requirements and
a network or contacts at all levels within the Environment Agency.

We can provide the following Environmental Permitting Services:

 Environmental Auditing
Environmental Auditing has the potential to deliver market and stakeholder
benefits, efficiency gains and financial savings. Enzygo’s Regulatory team
work closely with clients to undertake independent environmental audits or
provide expert support as part of the clients own auditing team. Enzygo
adopt a generic auditing approach which can be applied across a range of
sectors and processes.

Systems
Enzygo recognise that the approach to permitting and regulation by the
Environment Agency relies heavily upon the use of Environmental

standalone support service.

CRC Energy Efficiency
Scheme
Enzygo can offer a full consultancy service to help you identify whether you
need to participate in CRC and help you fulfil any on-going obligations under
the scheme. We can provide support to help you establish and implement
longer term strategies to reduce your energy use and carbon emissions.

The range of services Enzygo can offer include:

 Assessment of qualification;
 Support though the registration and disclosure process;
 Measurement and tracking of energy use and carbon emissions;
 Preparation of footprint and annual reports to submit to the
Environment Agency;

Site Waste Management Plans

Site Waste Management Plans (SWMP) are a regulatory requirement aimed
at effectively managing and reducing the amount of waste produced by
construction projects. Members of Enzyo’s team are trained in the CL:AIRE
Definition of Waste: Development of an Industry Code of Practice so that they
can provide advice on the minimisation and management of waste on
brownfield and greenfield developments.

Enzygo’s SWMP service covers the following:

options where waste generation cannot be avoided;
