ESP Overview

OUR COMPANY... Global Production Solutions (GPS) is a provider of electrical

submersible pumping systems and ancillary services, based in Shawnee,
Oklahoma. Utilizing established and industry accepted electrical submersible
technology as a foundation, GPS is a recognized provider of submersible
pumping equipment in the US. GPS provides ESP products & services for both
the US and export markets.
OUR FACILITIES
Manufacturing...GPS is a fully comprehensive manufacturer of electrical
submersible pumping systems located in Shawnee, Oklahoma. We
manufacture new parts and assemble these parts to exact design specifications.
Manufacturing operations are conducted in a new state of the art ESP
manufacturing facility with over 60,000 sq./ft. workshop space and over 18
acres in inventory and yard designated area.
Repair and Testing...When repair is necessary, GPS conducts repair operations
in our Tecumseh, Oklahoma Repair facility. This repair & testing facility has
over 20,000 sq. /ft of workshop space and over 7 acres in inventory and yard
designated area.

Metal Flame Spray Coating for Corrosion Protection
Spare Parts and Customer Owned Equipment Inventory Control
Third Party Equipment Repair
Testing and Inspection Services...Used pump, protectors, motors and power
cable are tested and evaluated to API and IEEE standards using the most
advanced computerized testing equipment. In some cases, equipment may
be quickly returned to service without having been subjected to teardown and
repair. This proven method of equipment evaluation is a cost saving measure
to the equipment owner. Investigative teardown analysis and repair estimates
will be provided to each customer.

Engineering and Field Services... Our staff of experienced application
engineers, and skilled field service technicians can provide a wide
range of submersible pumping services which include:
System sizing and equipment selection for each set of wellbore
parameters
Operations and maintenance for both individual wells and fields
Teardown and inspection of ESP equipment
Cable spooling, splicing and repair, (in field)
Surface electronics maintenance and repair (switchboards,
VSDs etc)
