OBJECTIVE OF BIRSA BIOLOGICAL PARK

Bhagwaan Birsa biological Park which is
surrounded by flora and fauna is distant 19.43
kilometres from Ranchi. The sanctuary is situated
on the road that connects two important places
of the state, that is, Patna and Ranchi. The Jaivik
Udyan is located very close to the well known
Ormanjhi. This is situated at a small town called
Ormanjhi. It is an ideal tourist destination as well
as place with a lots of animals, birds, reptiles, as
well as lots of plants and flowers i.e, Botanical
Garden which is an ideal place for sight seeing.
Birsa Biological park is a man made facility in
which animals are confined within enclosures, displayed
to the public, and in which they may also be bred.
Zoo animals live in enclosures that often attempt to
replicate their natural habitats or behavioral patterns, for
the benefit of both the animals and visitors.
Special climate conditions may be created for animals
living in extreme environments, Special enclosures
for birds, mammals, insects, reptiles, fish, and other
aquatic life forms have also been developed.
The Jaivik Udyan at Jharkhand houses a wide
variety of vegetation. Other than different types
of plantation, this wildlife sanctuary also has
different kinds of animals.
The wildlife sanctuary of Jaivik Udyan in
Jharkhand is especially popular not only in the
state but all over the country of India, because of

its quite unique collection of a variety of species

of mammals.
The Jaivik Udyan in Jharkhand is often termed a
zoological garden, because of the wide range of
animal life that it showcases and it is worth a
visit.
