The power label and label liner rewinder includes a 120 VAC (or 220 VAC for Europe) to
12 VDC power supply. The rewinder has been
designed to work with desktop bar code printers.

Step
Place the rewinder on a flat surface. The reRewinder winder and printer both use separate external
Placement power supplies.
Do Not Apply Power to the Printer or Rewinder.
Verify that the power cords and supplies can be
placed and routed safely during use.

WARNING

The printer, rewinder, and power supplies

should never be operated in a location where
they can get wet. Personal injury could result.

Remove the tape securing the rewind clip from

the label rewinder tube. Slide the rewind clip
off and set it aside.

With power on, the rewinders motor design

keeps tension on the media liner while stopped
and even allows the operator to hand wind it in
the reverse direction.

For labels 2" or The rewinder includes two (2) snap-on media
wider: guides to help the labels roll straight. Usage of
these guides is optional, but recommended for
rewinding labels wider than two (2) inches.

NOTE

The media guides are not necessary for

rewinding label liner (without labels) while
operating the printer in the peel mode.

Press the printers feed button or start printing
Fine Tune Label labels. Slide the printer from side to side, as reRoll Alignment quired, to square the label liner on the tubes
label roll. Slide the media guides into the label
liner to remove excess space and to square
them to the tube and label roll.

Step
Disconnect the power to stop label rewinding.
Removing The Slide the rewind clip out of the rewind tube and
Label Roll label roll. Remove the media guides. Slide the
label roll off the rewind tube.
