Instructional Intent:
Provide student the understanding of guidelines/processes/procedures to manage the Personal Property Element.
Objectives:
Student will be able to brief/explain all entitlements to military/civilian personnel with comprehension of the
material plus the proper use of applicable regulation.

Student is required to accomplish a briefing using the handout provided with no more than three errors.

#2 means the student will be able to brief/explain all entitlements to military/civilian personnel with full
comprehension of the material plus the proper use of applicable regulation. Criteria for passing is to perform the
task with minimal or no assistance from the trainer. The session will be documented and placed the in the students
training file which attached to their training records. Each department has their own training personnel that will
manage this process. Once a section is accomplished a copy is sent to central location to maintain the records.
The student must be able to brief SSgt Jones on her entitlements and, fill out all the proper forms that
accompany the move. These are go/no go scenarios, if a no go occurs the student will re-accomplish that block of
training.
These are all guides that explain what members are entitled to as employee of the federal government, military or
civilian.

Award of SEI:
Note: To be awarded the Distribution SEI, the trainee MUST have ALL core tasks signed off. To achieve this requirement,
the trainee will have to gain experience in more than one section. For example, if assigned to the Distribution Flight, the
trainee must accomplish the core tasks within the Cargo Movement Section and at the same time (during that 12 month
minimum timeframe) accomplish the required core tasks within the Traffic Management Flight (and vice versa) before the SEI
can be awarded. The trainee will not be required to work 12 months in both areas however, it may take a little more than the
minimum 12 months to fully grasp/complete ALL required core tasks. SEI award will be made after completion of all training
and experience requirements, certification and recommendation by unit commander, and approval by the group commander.
