Thank you for your request to participate in the 287(g) Delegation of Authority program. This
letter selVes as your notification that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has
received your request on behalf of the Tulsa County Sheriffs Office for this training.

Just prior to rece iving your request, the ICE Office of Detention and Removal Operations (DRO)
Oklahoma City, OkJahoma sub-office conducted an inspection of the David L. Moss
Correctional Facility, which revealed the facility to be at risk. Accordingly, it cannot be used
until the deficiencies identified by the inspection are corrected.

Before participation in the 287(g) Delegation of Authority program can be authorized, the
following criteria must be met:

• The proposed detention faci lity must meet Department of Homeland Security/ICE
standards and complete an lnter-Governmental SelVice Agreement, to include
transportation; and

• Available office space for alien processing (to accommodate two processing stations)
must be allocated.

Once we receive correspondence that addresses these requirements, ICE will review your request
and provide additional details about the program. During this process, your local DRO points of
contact will be ~)(Q)..1b. 11 . Suoervisory Detention and Deportation Officer (SDDO), and
