Summary of Experience
I have had 14 years of total experience in above ground storage tank (petroleum tanks) construction and repair.
Experience began while working in the field and escalated into various management positions. Levels of
management experience include, Regional Safety Coordinator, Senior Safety Advisor, Lead Superintendent,
Scheduling Coordinator and Project Manager. I am currently a serving as the position of Area / Project Manager.
My duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to, seeking new customer contacts and relations,
maintaining and improving current client relationships, contract review, estimating and bidding, client and code
specific engineering, review and submittals of drawings and documents, procurement and shipping of material(s),
tracking schedule and profitability of the job, communicating schedule, quality and safety to the customer, track
and control all costs, billing and close out. Contract Amounts vary from $15,000.00 to $850,000.00. I have been
part of contract values in excess of $1.5 million. (Specific Contract Names; Locations and Amounts Available

Project / Area Manager


As a project manager I am responsible for estimating potential projects. Upon award of a project the
responsibility then focuses on procurement of materials, manage scheduling, contract and financial execution,
communication with client, crew, sub-contractors and all others involved in the project. Participate in any way to
assure that the job is completed adequately in regards to safety, quality, scheduling, cost and all else that
contributes to a successful project.
Project experience with CAPE is limited due to the short duration of service with CAPE.

Project Manager

While employed with HMT, I was promoted and given the five different titles during my stint. I was hired as a
quality control manager then promoted to the following ‘titles’; ConocoPhillips / Ponca City On-site project
manager over the maintenance contract, Lead Superintendent, Logistics Coordinator and, lastly, project manager.
I was responsible for, but not limited to, safety, quality, scheduling, hiring, employee placement, contract and
financial overview, trouble shooting and problem solving.

Project Manger
As a project manager with BMT, my primary duties and responsibilities were managing projects for various
customers, in the way of field support, fabrication procurements, assuring all materials and fabrication was
ordered and delivered in a timely manner. In addition, I was responsible for the contract and financial obligations
between the company and contractor’s requirements.

Senior Safety Advisor


I was responsible for the overview and management of safety compliance for the New Tank Division. My
primary responsibilities consisted, but were not limited to, Federal, State, local, client and Matrix safety
regulatory programs, training and the evaluation of compliance. I would also aid, assist and conduct accident and
incident investigations in conjunction and partnership with clients.
