This is the English version of your abstract. The abstract is to be in fully-justified italicized text,
below the affiliations information. It is a brief synopsis of your paper. This is an important aspect of
your paper as it is this description that may attract the reader to continue and finish reading your full
report. This will be published in the book of abstracts.
Use the word ABSTRCT as the title, in 12-point Times New Roman, small caps, boldface type,
center alignment. The abstract is to be in 10-point Arial, single-spaced type. Leave two blank lines
after the abstract, then begin the main text.

1. INTRODUCTION

These instructions give you basic guidelines to
prepare full papers for your invention journal. The
instructions assume that you have computer desktop
publishing equipment with several fonts. Your goal
is to simulate, as closely as possible, the usual
appearance of published Proceedings to be. These
instructions have been prepared in the preferred
format.

2. FORMATTING YOUR PAPER

Prepare your paper on an A4 (210 x 297mm) size
paper. It should be 8 pages or less. Set the bottom
and top margins to 2.5 cm, left margins to 3 cm and
right margins to 2 cm. You should left- and right-

justify your text; single space (10-pt) between a


heading and the following text; double space (10pt) between text and the following heading. The
best results will be obtained if your computer wordprocessor has several font sizes. Dont forget to
split all of your main text into two columns. If you
found difficulties in reading this instruction, simply
type the contents of your paper here or use copy
and paste instruction provided by Ms. Word.

3. MAIN TEXT

Type your main text in 10-point Times, singlespaced. Be sure your text is fully justified. Please
do not place any additional blank lines between
paragraphs. Figure and table captions should be 10point Times. Only the figure or table label and
number should be bold. Initially capitalize only the
first word of each figure caption and table title.
Figures and tables must be numbered separately.

Use footnotes sparingly (or not at all!) and place
them at the bottom of the column on the page on
which they are referenced. Use Times 8-point type,
single-spaced. To help your readers, avoid using
footnotes altogether and include necessary
peripheral observations in the text (within
parentheses, if you prefer, as in this sentence).

4. FIRST-ORDER HEADING
For example, 1. Introduction, should be small
caps Times New Roman, 12-point boldface, flush
left, with one blank line before, and one blank line
after. Use after period . after the heading number,
not a colon.

of the text rather than pasted up). Supply the best

followed by its numbered within parentheses on
the right side. For example:

enclose the citation number in square brackets, for
example [1]. Where appropriate, include the

headings, as in this paragraph, are discouraged.
