OVERVIEW OF THE INSTRUCTOR QUESTIONNAIRE

PLATFORM
The Online Questionnaire Platform is a tool where instructors can create
questionnaires to:

evaluate the participant knowledge in specific topics such as marketing or Blue

Ocean Strategy;

make sure that they have read and understood the pre-reading materials;

conduct peer-to-peer assessments.

This questionnaire platform is built into the StratX Simulations website and is very easy
to use, both for instructors and students.
It proposes pre-defined templates, but also offers to professors the ability to create
custom questionnaires. Participants have the option to start, stop and resume
questionnaires at any time.
Analyzing the results of each questionnaire is made simple with multiple reports to
view and export to Excel.

We hope you enjoy this exciting and helpful tool!

KNOWLEDGE EVALUATION AND PEER-TO-PEER

EVALUATION
There are two types of questionnaires: Knowledge Evaluation and Peer-to-Peer
Evaluation.

A Knowledge Evaluation Questionnaire is a set of multiple-choice questions to

be answered by each participant. It is aimed at testing their knowledge in a
given topic.

A Peer-to-Peer Evaluation Questionnaire is a set of questions to examine the

capabilities and behavior of participants. Each participant is evaluated by
his/her teammates.

KNOWLEDGE EVALUATION QUESTIONNAIRES

The Knowledge Evaluation Questionnaires is a set of multiple-choice questions to be

PEER-TO-PEER EVALUATION QUESTIONNAIRES

The Peer-to-Peer Evaluation Questionnaires is a set of questions to examine the
capabilities and behavior of team participants. Each participant is evaluated by his/her
teammates.
The fixed set of responses for peer-to-peer questions are: Poor, Fair, Average, Good
and Excellent.
StratX proposes the unique template shown below. We have tried to cover the most
important aspects of behavior and capabilities in only six questions.
