Analysis of Call Drops, Blocked Calls, Handover Failures, Excessive
Handovers, Congestion, Swapping, Interferences, Poor quality and Poor C/I.
Checking assigned Handovers and suggesting addition or removal of
neighbours.
Finding the reasons for any poor RX LEVEL, RX QUALITY, CALL DROPS,
delayed Handovers & Suggesting the possible solutions.
Identification of correct Handover Targets for sites on all major & secondary
