Okay, finally got someone who knows what this. See email below from the Building Services Division. Looks like this
is referring to Exhibit D & E are referred to as Sewer Grid Sheets which are Engineerings map records of
infrastructure improvements and other noteworthy geographic features and documents. So Mike Neary should
know something about them.

Have you ever heard of grading disposal sheets? See request below:

I see that PWA staff needs more information on the third request. I am unable to reduce the size of the tract
map to provide to them, but the City's sewer map for tract no. 506 shows the crest of the dam and the
spillway adjacent to Clarewood Drive below Harbord Drive (formerly Edith St.). There is a circled number
4051 (deed reference) with an arrow pointing to the crest of dam and a circled number that I think is 7214
near the spillway and the circled number 6556 that points to a line of a type not identified in the legend,
which leads to the spillway. From a response to another request I see that the City has grading disposal
sheets from the 1920s. A grading disposal sheet for tract no. 506 from the 1920s or 1930s should provide
more information. Thank you for your assistance.
