INTRODUCTION
As we all know that ORIFLAME deals with cosmetic product . It has got various branches across the
country. It was a privilege to work in the company which its roots spread wide across. I
completed this project from ORIFLAME Dealer Sonal Agrawal (RAJNANDGAON)
In the beginning of my project I was sent on the field with the salesman of the distributor . He
acquainted me to the local distributors. I was then assigned the job to find out about the distributors
problems related to the company and the comparison of the sales of cosmetic products to its competitors. For
this there was a informal survey done under the supervision of the concerned sales person. One of the major

problems that the dealers faced was that the company was unable to supply the products on time due to which
sometimes the consumer preferred to buy products of the competitors. This problem was only for few products.
my project was "Study of Oriflame of cosmetic product and its competitors".For this I conducted a survey on
100 people. My target group ranged from average earning people to higher middle class people. I conducted
a survey across the users of these cosmetic products in Rajnandgaon. Results were obtained with the help of
swot technique. They showed that in oriflame product more as compared to its competitors in the market. For
perfume and beauty products being the market leader.
Finally the end results prove that oriflame is became popular brand in the market by higher customer
satisfaction with their products
