Passive voice with reporting verbs

With verbs of reporting (agree, allege, announce, assure, believe, consider, decide, expect, explain, find, hope, know,
report, say, suggest, suppose think, understand) we use a special passive structure.
Example;
People think the company is planning a new advertising campaign.
It is thought that the company is planning a new advertising campaign.
The company is thought to be planning a new advertising campaign.
