ENOCHIAN CALLS
VISION OF THELEMA

Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law.

This ritual was conceived after a study of the Enochian Calls. My primary sources for this study and
ritual include Aleister Crowleys Liber LXXXIX Vel Chanokh, Liber XXX AERVM Vel SAECVLI Sub Figura
CCCCXVIII The Vision and the Voice, Book 9 The Angelic Tablets in Israel Regardies The Golden Dawn, and
Lon Duquettes Enochian Sex Magick.
There are other sources referenced within this Work which include the Old Testament of the bible
(the Schemhamforash,), the New Testament of the bible (for the Greek 24 Elders of the Apocalypse), the
Hexagrams of the Golden Dawn, and Liber v. Vel Reguli. This is intended to be a practical application of the
Enochian Calls for Thelema, so as to effectively inaugurate the Aeon of Horus (Ra Hoor Khuit) please refer
to Liber CCC Khabs am Pekht by the Method of Science, the Aim of Religion, and The Equinox of the Gods,
with a focus on The Book of the Law.
First and foremost it should be understood that the bulk information of the English version of the
Enochian Calls can be located in the Old and New Testaments of the Bible in almost direct quotes and ideas. It
makes the idea that the Enochian language translation into English highly doubtful, and seems more
accurate that it is nothing but an angelic language (with some basis in linguistics) based on the bible with its
origin in the English (King James) Bible. I believe the creation of the Enochian Language (whether it is
ancient or completely made up) has no bearing upon the Tablets or its Study except as a mysterious magickal
language to use as a powerful force for Invocation. Beyond that, I believe that a more logical application of
the Tablets is more accurately described by the Kabbalah of the Shemhamforash (given both its 72 names
which correlate with the Tablets as Ive designed them) and because of the message behind the
Schemhamforash which seems to be an exact recitation of the whole Enochian Tablets, reduced to 3 bible
verses. Also, the New Testament, especially Revelations, is clearly highly influential in the Enochian Calls (the

English version), and therefore I have included what may be termed as the Greek Schemhamforash
otherwise known in this ritual as the 24 Elders of the Apocalypse.
The application of Zodiac and Planets is not included within the Bible (astrologers as such did not
exist in the Hebrew world, they were mostly outsiders sometimes called to interpret dreams or other signs,
but they were never Hebrews themselves). However, Kabbalists and Golden Dawn members have
documented how the Zodiac and Planets apply to various sections of the Bible, in their interpretations of it.
One can study this in Papus The Qabalah. For the purposes of my Work, I have on my own obtained the
names directly from the Hebrew, and the Letters listed by MacGregor Mathers in The Kabbalah Unveiled are
correct, except that he attributed the Angels to the wrong Zodiac sign. Papus should be studied for the
accurate source because Mathers seems to be incorrect in The Complete Golden Dawn interpretation of what
the Shemhamforash is. However, for the purpose of this ritual, the Names of God are 72, and they are directly
related to both the Zodiac and the Planets. It is for that purpose that I am including these primarily to invoke
the TABLET OF SPIRIT.

Additionally, for the purposes of my sigil and the 12 signs of the Zodiac I am including the Names of
Davids armed forces which were 12, one for each day of the month, and the total numbers of troops which
are all divisible by 72. For those interested in Enochian Magick, it will become clearer why I have revised the
Temple more accurately. However, these warriors are only for purposes of the Sigils, not the ritual itself.
They are included on the Tablets and the Holy Tablet of Union.

Finally, I feel it to be mandatory in Thelema to revise this ritual for the purposes of Thelema and the
inauguration of the Aeon of Ra Hoor Khuit. Since he is a God of War and of Vengeance, the 12 names of
Davids warriors seem like accurate representatives for the Zodiac. In addition, Liber v Vel Reguli will be
adapted instead of the existing Signs of the Grade which were originally from the Golden Dawn. I believe
that it is necessary to give more force and fire to these Calls according to Aleister Crowleys vision, to
overcome the negative forces of the Old Aeon. Force and Fire are of us.

What the result of this ritual involves is applying the Unicursal Hexagram or the symbol of Thelema
to the Enochian Calls and Liber v. Vel Reguli in order to adapt the style of the ritual to more accurately
describe the result, The Book of the Law and other works by Crowley this invocation influenced, to
effectively evolve the Golden Dawn Temple with the Thelemic Temple.

Some notes: the cross at the center of the tablets is removed; however the Tablet of Spirit is made
into 4 sections (Spirit of Air, Spirit of Water, Spirit of Earth and Spirit of Fire) to unify the tablets, and these 4
sections should represent MAKHASHANAH ABRAHADABRA, the two words of the Aeon listed in The Vision
and the Voice and The Book of the Law. The English Kabbalah (126) as Ive numbered it shows that
MAKHASHANAH ABRAHADABRA has the same number as RA HOOR KHUIT. However, it is included in
Hebrew on the Holy Tablet of Union, derived directly from Hebrew words, enumerated with the Hebrew
Kabbalah and was made like that for mystery purposes. It results here in ACHAD.

All of the Tablets and Sigils created for this ritual will be included in other documents which will
be of a high print quality for anyone who wishes to use them. They will include the Holy Tablet of Union, 16
individual tablets (the 4 quadrangles of each of the 4 Tablets, necessary for the visual effect of each of the 8
stations of the Ritual) and any additional charts or images that may pertain to the ritual. Within this
document is the ritual itself and how to practice it. The 16 Tablets are compiled together and should be cut
into 4 each and placed in the Temple according to this ritual. They are not in the order of the original Calls,
but are divided up by their elements (Ex. Fire of Air, Fire, Earth and Water are all in the same tablet). Further,
there is a compilation of all 16 so you can view how the elements digress and progress toward their
particular direction. The compilation of 16 Tablets is included for reference and study. The Holy Tablet of
Union should be placed on the ceiling, with Air facing East. I am also including a guide of Correspondences so
that you can review how and why elemental attributions have changed, the Words of the Schemhamforash,
the 24 Elders, etc. Documents provided include: Holy Tablet of Union, 4 sections for Air, Fire, Water and
Earth (to be cut into 16 for the Temple), a compilation of all 16 in one image, and the Correspondence table.

Please note this ritual is not a beginner ritual, and you should be familiar ceremonial magick and
have already been practicing the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram and be familiar with the signs of
INRI, Horus the Enterer, and have used magickal weapons (wand, cup, sword and disk) prior. It is also highly
recommended that you be highly familiar with The Book of the Law.

HEXAGRAMS: AIR, WATER, EARTH, FIRE ACTIVE, PASSIVE AND NEUTRAL.

The following diagrams of Hexagrams are the basis of the ritual. These particular
Hexagrams were used based on the Nordic interpretation of the Planets (with the 4 outside planets
being the Outer psychological field, and the 3 inner planets being the Center of the Self). These
also correlate to the Tree of Life in the center. The first four for Air, Water, Earth and Fire form the
foundation of the temple movement which completes the whole Enochian Tablet. These should be
studied and memorized or printed and placed on the Temple wall.

For this ritual, you will need either a Magickal Wand or Sword, and you may purify yourself and
consecrate yourself with Water and Oil if you prefer, prior to the ritual, along with your Wand or
Sword and the Tablets, altar and anything else you wish to purify and consecrate.
If you choose to do this (recommended) do the sign of the cross with Water with Salt added
(note, when you add the salt to the water state, Let the salt of earth admonish the water to bear the
virtue of the Great Sea. Mother, be thou adored.) upon yourself at forehead, groin, left shoulder,
right shoulder and heart, stating Asperges me Therion, Hyssopo, et mundabor; lavabis me, et super
nivem dealbabor. Consecrate yourself (and other items) with Oil (olive oil if you dont have
magickal oil) similarly, stating Accendat in nobis Therion ignem sui amoris et flammam aeternae
caritatis. Purification and Consecration will not be included within the ritual as in the original.

FIRST GESTURE (SCHEMHAMFORASH)

1. Face East: Do the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram. This is to banish any previous
influences in the Temple Space. You can obtain this ritual through various sources and it
will not be included here.
2. Still facing East: Do the Sign of Apophis and Typhon. The Sign of Osiris Slain. The sign
of the mourning of Isis. (End). Stay in the Sign of the Mourning of Isis for a few seconds,
meditating on the destruction of Osiris the Father, and her sorrow thereof. (These signs are
available in various locations and will not be shown here).
3. Moving to the Center, still facing East, Invoke the 72 Names of God of the Schemhamforash,
as follows:

Using your wand or sword make the Hexagram for SUN above your head (see
the diagrams on Page 3) and make the sign for the Sun in the center of the
Hexagram: | Meditate on The Sun showering you with bright warmth from
above.

Make the Hexagram for MOON directed toward the floor in front of you,
tracing the symbol of the Moon in the center: a Meditate on your emotional
world and overcoming any emotional difficulties you face, imagining a large
sword containing the word THELEMA () (such as in the Ace of Swords
of Aleister Crowleys Tarot).
Out toward the front of you make the Hexagram for MERCURY, tracing the
sign for Mercury in the center: 1 Meditate on balance and unity within yourself.
Continue this meditation until you feel sure of yourself being at one with the
Spirits of Spirit in this section

If you do not feel sure of yourself then discontinue the ritual at this point, and
do this part again until you get to this point feeling justified to proceed.

hand above the other, the hand you write with at the base of the weapon, the other hand above it,

FOURTH GESTURE (WATER)

wand or sword down and stand with feet together, head bowed, left hand shielding the Muladhara
Chakra and right hand shielding breast (attitude of Venus de Medici).
