Led the strategic development and ongoing staff management of the Americas Credit Operations staff.

with the development of the KPIs (Key performance Indicators) and the KRI (Key Risk indicators). Ensured
compliance to operational risk controls as well as adherence to U.S. and international guidelines and regulations.
