Led the strategic development and ongoing staff management of the Americas Credit Operations staff.
Developed, implemented and communicated departmental policies, procedures and process workflows. Assisted
with the development of the KPIs (Key performance Indicators) and the KRI (Key Risk indicators). Ensured
compliance to operational risk controls as well as adherence to U.S. and international guidelines and regulations.
Contributed to or led projects on both a local and global scale. Operational representative for regulatory exams
with the Federal Reserve and the New York State Banking Regulators. Held a pivotal role in the restructuring,
