doctor or facility, it will display on the Provider Directory on the
website. Look for Direct settlement may be available

hospital, doctor or facility, you may request a Guarantee of
Payment for your medical care.

Show your CIGNA International ID card to the doctor or hospital

Ask the doctor or hospital to contact CIGNA International at
302-797-3100.
CIGNA International Customer Service Center will arrange to
have payment sent directly to the doctor or hospital
