Manage largest Cobham Sensor Electronics Integrated Antenna business unit account ($18-32M) by ensuring all
deliverables meet and exceed customer requirements. Serve as voice of the customer in internal reviews to ensure
representation of all customer interests. Serve as face of the company in external reviews. Assure the alignment and
satisfaction of both customer and company objectives. Coordinate necessary functions/activities for interdivisional
project team of project managers, project engineers, and Quality and Operational departments.
Program Manager for first-ever established Cobham multi-divisional project development initiative
(Integrated Product Team IPT) for GENIII multi-functional tactical wideband interoperable antenna
system.
Established and participated in critical customer quarterly reviews to ensure customer focus.
Facilitated year-long design effort related to EMI performance of ground data link antenna terminal that
included coordination of customer and project team technical staff as well as critical suppliers.
Key participant in Business Development negotiations to secure largest historical single order for antennas
at BU level ($16.9M).
Coordinated monthly record number of Cobham Bolton antenna shipments to L-3 CSW account ($6M).
Supported L-3 CSWs customer demo on the CERDEC system (Cobham Boltons GDT contribution
SAT1736-S Antenna). Demonstrated delivery and support in the face of the customers customer base.
Created SATCOM Evolution Data Sheets for multiple marketing presentations.
Procurement Supervisor /Facilities Manager (2001 2004)
Provided daily leadership for purchasing, maintenance, and logistics staff in supporting Operations Manager,
General Manager, and Cobham corporate in support of successful stand-alone business unit growth charter.
Primary negotiation lead in critical supplier relationship building (4000 suppliers/$13M budget).
Hosted and completed internal ISO9000 audits for Purchasing, Planning, and Shipping/Receiving.
Directed, managed, and negotiated all related facility contracts.
Served as Clerk of the Works for building renovation project, completing on time and within budget.
Led procurement team through decision analysis process to select multi-divisional hardware bin supplier
and telephone/network service provider.
Senior Buyer/Empowered ITAR Official (2000 2001)
Supported Purchasing Manager in development and implementation of formal planning/purchasing department in
preparation of companys expansion initiative to acquire and diversify existing product lines. Directed acquisition
supply-chain management with particular focus on process and procedural improvements through consolidation of
suppliers. Detailed review and signoff authority of all incoming customer contracts and export requirements.
Created and completed supplier audit process, including documentation linking to quality (MIL-Q-45208)
requirements. Maintained supplier scorecards and evaluated costing efforts for specific programs.
