Insulating gloves and proper tools should be carried.

Operators should be in good spiritual mood and familiar with the system.

Operation measures

Mentally rehearse the operation.

Check all maintenance and installation work of station transformer #1 has been
finished.

Open grounding isolator 209D3 of station transformer #1.

Check grounding isolator of 209D3 of station transformer #1 is open.

Open grounding isolator 209D2 of station transformer #1.

Check grounding isolator of 209D2 of station transformer #1 is open.

Open grounding isolator 209D1 of station transformer #1.

Check grounding isolator of 209D1 of station transformer #1 is open.

Check all safety measures of station transformer #1 have been removed.

Check all parts of station transformer #1 is in good condition, and are ready for
charge.

Check insulation of station transformer #1 is ok.

Put on power of station transformer #1 cooler; switch it to AUTO position.

Check station transformer #1 cooler has no abnormal sound.

Put load voltage regulating device of station transformer #1 into service.

Check station transformer protection has been put into service correctly.

Close control loop small switch of station transformer #1 209 breaker.

Check station transformer cable protection has been put into service correctly.

Check 209 breaker of station transformer #1 is open.

Check isolator 209-Q1 on station transformer #1 bus side is open.

Close isolator 209-Q1 on station transformer #1 bus side.

Close 209-Q2 isolator operation power switch of station transformer #1.

Check isolator 209Q2 three phase of station transformer #1 is closed.

Open operation power switch of isolator 209Q2 of station transformer #1.

Measure insulation of low voltage side switch 0601 of station transformer #1 to be

ok.

Check isolator 0601 of station transformer #1 low voltage side is open and ready
for charge.

Close DC control power switch of isolator 0601.

Switch isolator 0601 to work position.

Switch the changeover switch to REMOTE.

Close high voltage side switch 209 of station #1 in DCS.

Check switch 209 three phase of station transformer #1 high voltage side is closed.

Check station transformer #1 is charging normally, with no abnormal sound.

Close low voltage side switch 0601 of station #1 in DCS.

Check the voltage display of station transformer #1 incoming line PT bus is

normal.

Confirm the current on auxiliary bus 00BCA of 6.6KV is normal.

Open bus coupler switch 0603 of station 6.6KV bus.

Check the current on section 00BCA and 00BCB of station 6.6KV bus is normal.

Report operation finish.
