Implement revision 2 of concrete form F71001
effective December 21st / Se les recuerda
implementar el formato de concreto F71001 en
revisin 2 el cual se encuentra vigente desde
la charla del sbado 21 de diciembre 2013.
Keep in mind that during pre-installation
inspection of structures SMI personnel will ask
for topographical records of pre and post
concrete pour. Post pour verification must take
place as soon as possible to aid in corrections
if need it. / Se les recuerda que durante las
inspecciones previas a la instalacin de
estructuras se pedir la topografa pre y post
vaciado de elementos embebidos. La
verificacin post debe hacerse lo ms rpido
posible despus del vaciado para facilitar las
correcciones en el concreto fresco en caso se
necesiten.

contractors must be recorded in form F71007 /
Los resultados de resistencia de concreto
suministrados por Supermix y enviados a los
contratistas por QA SMI deben ser pasados al
formato F71007.
Documents already reviewed by SMI and
approved in status A, whenever reissued with
any modification they must have changes
identified to facilitate revision of the new
document / Los documentos que ya han sido
revisados por SMI y aprobados en estatus A,
si son reenviados con alguna modificacin
deben contar con un historial de cambios o la
identificacin de los mismos por cualquier
medio que facilite la revisin del nuevo
documento.
SMI PDDM does not accepted that contractor
issued documents in Rev. 0 without previous
approval on status A and still when have been
solve all observations and comments. Jess
Correa will coordinate with PDDM to avoid an
additional step in the process of reviewing
documentation. SMI PDDM no acepta que el
contratista someta los documentos en revisin
cero sin previa aprobacin en estatus A aun
cuando ya se hayan integrado todos los
comentarios y observaciones. Jess Correa
coordinar con PDDM para evitar un paso
adicional en el proceso de revisin.

Sub-Station 9 and 12 as :
- Transformers and panel board assembly

SMI QA issued an NCR (bentonita), contractor
informed that they are going to change the
design of the grounding well. To be closed
verification by Alejandro Peceros/ SMI QA

pozo a tierra. Las acciones fueron tomadas
verificacin por Alejandro Peceros.

Contractor informed of a scratch at HDPE
pipe 16 (access road area). SR report was
issued and a hydrostatic test leaking
performed to check it. Test done and
approved. Verify closure with Milton Pino /

tubera de 16 HDPE ( zona access road ),
se emiti un SR reporte y se levantar con
la prueba hidrosttica. Prueba realizada y
aprobada. Verificar cierre con Milton Pino.

Contractor informed of a fissure on a weld

seam next to a flange at crushing area,
Bureau Veritas performed MT and
determined it is not a material problem.
Flange and pipe 1 heated by welding will
be cut off and new flange installed.
