Sacrament of Baptism
Baptism is the first step to become a Catholic Christian. Parents who wish to baptize their children agree to raise them in the Catholic faith. For more
information about the requirements for infant baptisms, check the bulletin or call Deacon Dan. Classes are the 2nd Saturday of each month in the Faith
Formation Complex room 13 at 9 am. For Spanish, classes are the 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:30pm in the Faith Formation Complex room 13.

Sacrament of Reconciliation
God loves us and wants to forgive our sins. You can experience Gods unconditional love through the Sacrament of Reconciliation. This
sacrament is available on Tuesdays from 8:30 to 9:00 am, and on Saturdays, English & Spanish, from 3:30 to 4:30 pm, or at other times by
contacting a priest. For Spanish call Fr. Bruno.

Sacrament of Marriage
Please contact the parish a minimum of six months prior to the wedding. Do not set a date prior to your first appointment with a priest or
deacon. If the wedding is to take place elsewhere, please seek advice from our clergy. For more information, please contact Deacon Dan at
565-8406. For Spanish call Fr. Bruno at 565-8406.

Funeral Arrangements
Please contact Deacon Dan in the Parish Office at 565-8406 as soon as possible after a death to make the funeral arrangements. Services can
be in English, Spanish or Bilingual.

Emergency Calls
A hospital chaplain covers all hospitals. In an emergency, please contact the hospital. After hours, please leave a message with the Parish
Office and you will be contacted the next business day.

Catholic Stewardship Appeal (CSA) 2015

colecta para beneficiar a las Misiones Domsticas y las Misiones
entre afroamericanos y nativos americanos en los Estados Unidos.

dicesis misioneras, aqu mismo en los Estados Unidos. La colecta
de las Misiones Domsticas da ayuda financiera a las dicesis en

On the weekend of April 26 the Diocese of Las Vegas will take up a

collection to benefit Catholic Home Missions and Black and Indian
Missions in the United States. Your support continues to strengthen
the Church at home and help mission dioceses right here in the
United States. The Catholic Home Missions Appeal supports
dioceses in the United States and its territories that lack the
resources to provide basic pastoral ministry to their populations. As
a result of parishioners generosity, Catholic Home Missions impacts
the lives of nearly nine million Catholics. The dioceses funded by
the appeal comprise nearly 45 percent of all U.S. dioceses.
Pope Francis reminds us that everyone is meant to evangelize. As
we embark on another year of evangelization in the Black Catholic,

The Knights of Columbus would like to thank all the
parishioners for your support for Fr. Mugaggas
Orphanage fundraiser dinner on Sunday, April 12.
Also a very special thank you to the ladies of St
Vincent De Paul and Tony Roberto for all the help they

make this function a success. We were able to raise

Information for celebrating a Catholic
Marriage in the Diocese of Las Vegas
For couples wishing to get married and live within our
Diocese:
1. Couples should not set a wedding date until they have
met with their parish priest.
2. Couples should contact the brides parish to set a
meeting with the parish priest at least six months
before the anticipated date of the wedding.
3. Weddings will take place in the brides parish unless
permission is given by the Pastor for the wedding to
take place in another church.
