Write down a list of things you do during one week. Write down how much
time you spend doing each (you have 168 hours in one week). Some ideas might
be: studying, sleeping, eating, going to classes, doing homework, relaxing, watching
TV, socializing with friends, emailing/chatting online, talking to family or friends on the
phone, exercising, doing hobbies, participating in religious activities, etc.

college classes, you SHOULD study about 2-4 hours (for 1 hour of class time)!!!
