Volvo Financial Services (8000 hours and $2M effort) - Managed custom software implementation on US and
Canada Rapport effort leading configuration, design consulting and testing efforts from construction through
customer acceptance on T&M leasing workflow project. Led team of 12 consultants in 5 different countries.
Introduced best practices in both design methodology and project documentation templates, utilized Earned Value
Analysis and strict budget and scope adherence to correct project delivery configurations.
Fifth Third Bank Lead (6000 hour and $1.8M effort) - Managed custom software implementation for equipment
financing division. Effort included scoping, requirements gathering, design consulting, configuration and testing
from pre-sales through customer acceptance. Led 5 consultants between IDS, Capgemini and customer's IT
team and completed 3 months early. First successful application of default Rapport configuration to rapidly
prototype build and provided future repeatable architecture implementations.

AT&T (47,000 hours and $8.9M effort) - Led data migration program along with 7 deployment teams (40
engineers, 6 team leads, 8 project managers and 4 business analysts) spearheaded final planning and
implementation of storage migrations for AT&T's enterprise hosting service. At that time, largest project
undertaken by NetApp consuming resources from over 6 time zones and multiple countries that lasted
approximately 14 months. Managed and mentored project managers and program tower leads (each functional
area in the workflow program) oversaw identifying issues, facilitating technical and process solutions and status
summary communication between vendor and client management.
Thomson Reuters (2000 hours and $77K effort) - Managed and led migration planning and implementation of
storage migrations across 3 data centers (5 Petabytes of data) with over 30 business groups. Directed
infrastructure teams to identify requirements and gaps to create migration schedule. Led team on all phases of
execution including stakeholder management, scheduling, scope, budget, change board procedures and
presenting status meetings.
Allstate (500 hours and $37K effort) - Managed current state of insurance client's leased hardware across 6 site
locations and created iterative decommission plans including proper project planning, resource forecasting, and
budgeting of logistics.
Security Benefit (1400 hours and $308K effort) - Delivered key migration initiatives at financial services division
including multiple site data centers. Led storage migration and backup team including project intake,
prioritization, delivery, status reporting and metrics throughout data migration with consideration to business and
government security implementation impacts.
AmTrust (500 hours and $139K effort) - Led team of 5 to negotiate SOW, coordinate iterative project planning,
testing, installation, and cutover tasks into new hardware at both Prod and DR sites.
Ohio Health (200 hours and $56K effort) - Analyzed and directed requirements of medical data compliance,
installation, migration, and deployment of backup devices at 5 health care sites.
Enmax (450 hours and $103K effort) - Led and delivered gap-analysis on energy client's program, recommended
prioritized project documentation and communication for business-driven backup scripts, partner-driven validation
testing and Best Practice capabilities within Oracle and SharePoint. This included building off-shore testing
security capability and fully HA/DR solution with no impact to existing authenticated applications.
TELUS (650 hours and $276K effort) - Managed 13 separate projects and developed program approach to
consolidate communication and drive efficiency. Resulted in delivery of revenue upside and scope revisions to
consolidate similar projects into buckets for improved resource assignment and resolution.
Vera Bradley (300 hours and $97K effort) - Managed the final planning and implementation of retail client's
storage migrations along with software upgrades. Project completed 1 month early and recognized as Success
Story at all-hands meeting for first successful attempt at a rapid deployment cDOT project undertaken by NetApp.

Telephony, Change Management and Enterprise Architecture applications. Presented to senior management and
program team with recommendations on Telephony and Credit IVR applications impacted by GLBA, HIPAA, SOX
and PCI security requirements.
Enterprise Architecture (over 3000 hours) - Led internal Repeatable Infrastructure web application delivery on 2
releases. Created an Axure wireframe demo and Use Cases for Design and Traceability. Produced TSD six
sigma process documentation (e.g. requirements, design, functional specifications, release notes, training
guides, test plans, etc.) and technology standards to meet the parameters of performance, reliability, scalability
and costs.

and development of multi-tiered Implementation Readiness Training (IRT) Program that allowed for more clients
facing support and dedicated single point of contact development resources during Implementation. IRT program
