The theme for my photo-shoot will be

My Photo-Shoot will be on 9th January 2015.
Models:
The name of my model will be Arta Pavlovska
Costumes:
Image1: The model will be wearing winter clothes. Black
skinny jeans, a jumper. Coat and warm/cosy gloves with a big
warm scarf. Heeled ankle boots.
Image2: The model will be wearing black skirt with black
tights. Cosy jumper with a big fluffy scarf with, fluffy gloves and
low ankle boots.
Image3: The model will be wearing black skinny jeans with a
cardigan, coat and thin material scarf. With black Vans`s.
Image4: The model will be wearing a body dress with winter
coat. Black heels.
Locations:
Image1: Backyard.
Image2: Forest/Park.
Image3: Building.
Image4: In a house, in living room.
Legal & Ethical Considerations:
Copyright- copyright is when you`re using someone else`s work
pretending it to be yours when it isn`t e.g. films, books, songs
or photographs.
It applies to my photo shoot because I will make sure that none
of the images are taken from internet but taken by yourself.

Discrimination discrimination is when you divide people into

the gender that they are, religion ethnicity, race or age.
It applies to my photo shoot because I will make sure that none
of the models are offended because of what/who they are.
Obscenity Law obscenity law is when someone is offending
other person purposely e.g. nudity, swearing or violence.
It applies to my photo shoot because I will make sure that the
slogan isn`t offending anybody in any way. As well as the
images arent irrelevant to be shown to the publicity.
Representational issues representational issues is when you
can`t represent the person to publicity in a negative way.
It applies to my photo shoot because I will make sure that the
person isnt name in nasty words. Doesnt make them look bad
or feel bad about themselves or embarrass them publicly.
Intellectual property rights intellectual property rights is when
you cant steal other peoples ideas, to use for your own good.
It applies to my photo shoot because I will make sure that I use
my own ideas and photos for my photo shoot.
Ethical issues ethical issues & morality is when you know
what is the difference between right and wrong. Newspapers
usually make the information in their newspapers false by
adding irrelevant information to the actually story.
It applies to my photo shoot because I will make sure that
everything is truthful and any false information isn`t added.
Trade marks trade mark is when you are able to recognise the
sign or clothing or any other item.
It applies to my photo shoot because I will make sure that
clothing that the model is wearing, that its signs aren`t visible.
