Plans for Photo-shoot

Theme
The theme of the photo-shoot is going to be based on male masculinity so
things like DYI work and gardening.

Legal & Ethical

Trespassing
In English law trespassing to land means interference with the land which
is in exclusive possession to another person.
This applies to me because I will need to make sure I take pictures for the
photo-shoot in an area thats public and not private property.
Intellectual Property

Intellectual property is a legal term which means it is owned by the person

who came up with the idea. The person who came up with the idea if it is
granted he be granted exclusive rights to the idea such as copyright or
design rights and trademark.
I will have to make sure that all the ideas where made up by me and not
copying from someone elses work.
Discrimination

Discrimination is an action that denies social participation or breaks the

human rights categories of people based on prejudice, this can come in
many forms but common one is a person with a different social
background towards other people like skin colour or what country they
come from.
This applies to my photo-shoot so I need to make sure I am not deceiving
any social group. Make sure I dont discriminate against males and
represent a social group in a correct way.
Copyright
Copyright is a legal right made by law of the country that gives creator an
original exclusive right to the work. Usually for a limited time which gives
the author compensation for their intellectual effort.
I will need to make sure in the photo-shoot all the ideas are my own and
im not copying anybody elses work.
Trademark
Trademark is a recognizable sign, design or expression which identifies products
or services. The trademark owner can be an individual, business organization, or
any legal entity. A trademark may be located on a package, a label, a voucher or
on the product itself.

I will need to make sure I cover up popular logos such as Coca-Cola or a

massive company or just make sure no logos are displayed.
Obscenity Law
The obscenity law is a statement or an act that strongly offends the
prevalent morality of the time. It can come in many forms such as
pornography, murder, child abuse or just offensive content.
I will need to make sure that there are no obscene images where the
model would be doing rude stuff at camera like swearing with finger or
something obscene to the audience.
