1. Instruction Manual - Hanstar Px- 968 keys functions and the iron setting:
1. Power on:
Press * key, the acquiescence temperature is 350deg C.
2. Set temperature:
Press the * key for once when the power is on. The LED will display the twinkling value of set temperature, then
press + or key to adjust the temperature you need. The temperature will goes up or down 5 deg C when you
press once. After 5 seconds (or press the * key for twice), the iron will go back to work, the temperature setting
will be finished. The value you set will be saved and wont be affected by power on or power off.
3. Temperature calibrating:
When the power is on, and the temperature is constant, test the real temperature by thermometer (We
recommend the 191 thermometer), press the * key for twice, then input the value of real temperature and press
* key for once or after 5 seconds the iron will go back to work.
For example:
The set temperature is 350deg C, but the real temperature is 380deg C, then press the * key for twice, the LED
will display shining 350degC, press + key and set to 380deg C (Every one press the temperature will goes up
5degC), press * key (or after 5 seconds) the iron will go back to work, then finish temperature calibrating.
4. Turn off:

-the design of the soldering iron is similar to the soldering iron 907. However, it is direct to the AC plug & not need station
To operate. Also, unlike other ordinary soldering iron, you can change the style of tips that suited your application as it uses
900M series tips. The new technology ceramic heater results to long life avoiding the nuisance of changing of heating element.
It has anti-static ground cord with alligator clip.It is 60W, very powerful, fast heating, & perfect for lead-free soldering.
It uses only 60W power but its thermal output is even better than Traditional 100W soldering iron resulting to BIG Savings!
Default Maximum temperature is 450 deg C, but it can reach 500degC upon adjustment of the temperature screw.
Note: turn the temperature clockwise to increase the temperature up to 500deg C.

It is Hanstars lower cost alternative to Hakko Dash 454 series & Goot Soldering Iron. Available in 15W & 30W
