tea festival (ICTF) is UAE's only exhibition
dedicated to highlight Specialty Coffee & Tea as a
business, advancing the professions of those in the
industry and showcasing all of the latest trends and
industry advancements.
An all new caf trend is sweeping across the Arab World drawing in
investments from small independent business owners to MNCs and
existing large family businesses looking to diversify into the hospitality and
HORECA sector.
The UAE has registered a staggering 2,200 new caf licenses over the last 2
years with 90 more in-shop and large-scale coffee roasters planning to open for
business over the next 18 to 24 months. The additional investment in the caf,
coffee and tea businesses in the UAE is expected to be between US$ 350 Million
to US$ 400 Million which will position UAE as a regional capital for this multibillion dollar industry.

The UAE Coffee Championships are sanctioned by World Coffee
Events (WCE) and affiliated with the World Coffee Championships.

The UAE Barista Championship will return


for the 7th time to highlight the skills and
knowledge of the countrys emerging, yet
finest baristas, to an audience of coffee
enthusiasts who have learned to recognize
and appreciate the difference between
coffee and specialty coffee.

Artistic Baristas from across the UAE will


knock their creative minds and battle out
their ingenuity at the 4th National UAE Latte
Art Championship. The UAE Latte Art
Competition has helped baristas to focus on
their skills and grow the awareness of
barista talents which has brought longoverdue recognition to those working
within the coffee industry

The most recent addition to the Coffee


Championships and for the 2nd time, the
National Cezve/Ibrik Championship focusses
on barista skills in the traditional Greek,
Turkish and the Middle Eastern cultures.

The competition highlights the craft


of filter coffee brewing by hand,
promoting manual coffee brewing and
service excellence. Competitors prepare
and serve three individual hand crafted
filter beverages for a panel of judges.

Suppliers of coffee & tea are invited to


register their interest in being part of the
espresso and brew bar schedule. The
audience of coffee and tea enthusiasts will be
able to sample some of the finest coffee blends
in their purest form at the Brew Bar. On the
other hand, suppliers of brewing equipment,
espresso machines and grinders can use this
platform to bridge partnerships with caf
owners and roasted bean distributors.

Four of the world's best baristas, brewers and


latte artists will be at the International Coffee
& Tea Festival 2015 to participate at the World
Coffee Events' 'All Stars' activity. For three
consecutive days, the audience will witness the
making of the worlds best coffee beverages,
unmatched coffee making skills and the
opportunity to talk business with some most
recognizable names in coffee world.

ICTF hosts the prestigious internationally


accredited coffee training programme under
the SCAA Education Partnership scheme. The
Training modules are conducted by SCAA
certified instructors from around the world and
carry an internationally recognized certification.
A comprehensive education calendar will be

The minimum area is 9sqm (3m x 3m) for a Shell Sheme Stand, going up in multiples of 3, i.e. 12sqm (3m x 4m),
15sqm.(3m x 5m), 18sqm. (3m x 6m) etc. The minimum area for Space Only is 12sqm.
Other standard configurations are also available with 4m, 5m and 6m depth.
Double corner configurations are available for a minimum booking of 30 sqm.
