    wasademandingworkschedule.IstartedwithS.H5thedition.Istudied3domains
    andhadtoleavethestudiesafter2.5monthsduetoworkpressure.Irestartedmy
    studiesbyjoiningaweekendmentoringclassforCISSP(ThankyouAbhinavand
    Gaurav).Thesessionshelpedmetoacceleratemystudies.IstartedhearingS.H
    AudioversionwhileIdrovewhichhelpedmetorefreshwhateverIlearned.I
    completedthefirstroundofstudiesin6months.Attheendof6monthsIhadafair
    goodideaaboutthetopicsandIhadnotesfromeachdomainwhichIusedasmy
    baseforremainingpreparation.Isignedoffeachdomainbydoingquestionsfrom
    ShonHarris5thedition.Myplanwastodevotethenext3monthsforrevisionand
    taketheexam.ButunfortunatelyIwentofftrackduetoworkschedulesandbackto
    backreleasepressuresatoffice.WheneverIsawmessagesfrompeoplewho
    passedtheexampulledmebacktothetrackagain.Infactthatwastheonlyreason
    whichmotivatedmefromdroppingtheplanoftakingtheexam.AsIwasofftrack,I
    postponedmyexamforanother3moremonths.ThistimeIwasdeterminedandI
    wassurethatIwouldtaketheexamnomatterwhat.Those3monthswerethemost
    hecticdaysinmylifeinlastoneyear,meanwhileIboughtS.H6thedition,ISC2
    CBKtoo,11thHourbyE.Conrad,CISSPPracticeExamsbyS.HandCCCurePaid
    version.Ireadeachdomainagain,quicklyreferredCBKandS.H6theditionand
    graspedtheadditionaltopicsandattemptedquestionsfromCCCureonallmost
    everypossiblechanceIget.Allthesehappenedfor2months,andIwasgetting
    readyformyfinalpreparationwhichwasplannedfor1month.Iwentthrougheach
    domainagainanddidS.H6thEditionquestions.Itookofffromworkfor2weeks
    andcompletelyisolatedmyselffromeveryone,lockedmyselfinaroomInever
    preparedforanyexamsinmylifelikethis.Bytheendof12thday,Iwasdonewith
    myfinalroundofrevision.Onthe11thdayIattemptedanexamsimulationof250
    questionswhichIscored86%whichboostedmyconfidence.Thelast2days,I
    skimmedthroughthewholebookagain,pagebypageandcompletedeachdomain
    byreadingthesummarypoints.Mypreparationsgotoveronthe14thday(yday)
    evening6PMandIwasreadyfortheexamandtheworsehappened!Iwenttobed
    earlyhopingforagoodnightsleepbutyesterdayIcouldnotgetanysleep.Iwas
    awaketill2.30AMandthenslippedintosleepjusttogetupat5AM!Iwassotensed
    thinkingthatIamgoingtomessupeverythinginthelastmoment.Myeyeswere
    swollenandIhadslightheadache.IhadnothingtodootherthanpraytoGod.I
    startedtoExamcenterat7.30AM.IhadaCokejustbeforeenteringtheexamhall
    justtorefreshmyself.Icompletedalltheformalitiesandtheladydirectedmetoa
    terminal.IacceptedtheNDA,andthefirstquestionpoppedonthescreen,Iprayed
    toGodandstartedanswering.Secondbysecond,minutebyminuteFortunately
    mybrainworkedwellandIwasluckythatIdidnotfeeldrowsyduetolackofsleep.
    WhileIwasat200thquestionIhadapositivefeelingthatImightpasstheexam.I
    had50morequestionstogoandwhileIwasat250thquestionIthankedGod!I
    completedthereview,andinformedtheTestCenterlady.Sheaskedmetowait,and
    camebacktomewithaprintoutwhichsaid"Congratulations...."
    WhenIlookback,IfeelgreatthatIpassedtheexam.IalwaysdreamtadaywhenI
    cantellthewholeworldthatIpassed,andtodayistheday!Theexperiencewasso
    rewardingandchallenging,IlearnedsomanythingswhichIneverthoughtIwould
