Producers, directors and the actress.

It depends how serious the fall was.
How will the risk of this hazard be minimised?
The colours of the wires are bright and visible and have been taped down to
the floor so there is only a small chance of this happening.

Potential Hazard
Lighting equipment
What could cause harm?
We could trip over as some of the equipment is on the floor, or if not handled
properly it could become broken. Also if somebody accidently walked into
the lights they could be very hot and maybe give a slight burn.

Very small chance as we are aware that they are around.

We will turn off the lights when they are not in use, and we will just be very
aware of the lights around us, by putting bright tapes around them.

Potential Hazard
Children
What could cause harm?
Any of the children interfering, with the equipment or becoming hurt as a
result of this.

informed so that they can be off the location for that time being to reduce any
accidents.

the house. So that we are aware of our surroundings beforehand to reduce
any accidents during production day.
