Summary of applications:
1) Magellan:
The application is a Core Trading System consisting of Credit Module, Mark to
Market Risk and P&L Module and Legal Module. In addition there are real time
downstream interfaces to the Banks Repo Settlement Systems. All this put together, the
application provides a truly global platform for Banks front and middle office. The
application is written in C++ and uses Oracle Database. This application is divided into
three regions namely: Europe, Asia-Pacific (APAC) and Americas.
2) Autobahn Money Market:
Autobahn money market is a three-tier system that allows clients to trade, traders to
change prices and respond to clients requests for trading.
Client Application: The client application is a web-based program that uses web logic and
JSP pages to display to the clients real-time rates and book trades.
Bank Application: Traders use the Bank Application to respond to clients price requests.
This is a C++ windows application run through Citrix.
Pricing Application: This application is used by the traders to set prices. These prices are
then transported via dbus to the client application and to other traders pricing pages and
some reuter screens.
3) Kondor:
The Kondor+ risk management system is a real time position-keeping software
package from MISYS (ex Thomson Reuters). It is a sophisticated and flexible means of
capturing deals and managing risk. It provides a wide range of tools and functions that
give up-to-the-second information and analytics, which allow users to make informed
decisions in managing the financial exposure of a trading room's activities. In addition,
Deutsche Bank had built numerous interfaces for capturing of deals and static data
information from other sources (e.g. via Import). It had also built interfaces to Back
Office system for settlement and P&L system for reporting.
4) MMCLS:
Money Market Credit Limit System is an online, real-time Credit Limit System for
basic money market products. It gets counterparts and limits information from Paragon
and feeds trade and limit utilization data to Paragon in daily batches. Online interfaces
from Kondor+ and from Intranet browsers are deployed. Paragon and ETMS will perform
credit limit reporting and excess ticket monitoring.
5) Alice:
Asset Liability Calculation Engine is designed to provide consistent performance
information for Treasury (and Money Market) portfolios on both mark-to-market and
accrual basis, and a sound daily analysis of the daily mark-to-market performance. We
can have the jobs on the Control-M wherein we have the dependencies well defined and
which could also give us the ability to re-run the failed jobs at our end. This will also
improve the efficiency of the application.

Autobahn Direct:
Autobahn Direct application is focused on providing post-trade reporting of
customers Futures & Options books and accounts. Trade data is received COB and intraday from all exchanges and trading platforms. Consolidated data to support reconciliation
and margining activities. Customers legal statements are gathered and collated from
Rolfe & Nolan, Elink2, RANSys, and TT. Provides the client with a source of near time
trade and positional data (giving a 'real' time position) and a series of reports that can be
customized and run on demand.
The reports and trades are made available to the clients via the Autobahn-Direct Website,
Global Prime, email and ftp/sftp. Allocations and Reconciliations are also supported.

Involves supporting the applications in aspect of database, UNIX shell script
related issues, troubleshooting and batch monitoring.

a customized product for OICL (Oriental Insurance Company Limited). It has a
centralized Database where all the updations and transactions take place. All the offices
of OICL are interconnected through a Virtual Private Network (VPN). It is an integrated
product (i.e.) Underwriting, Claims, Endorsements, Renewals, Accounts are integrated.
Accounting entries are posted automatically.

Migration of data into database using import utilities in oracle 9i.
