1. TO OP£RATE SET

C. Tam lhc power switch (4) to the power level for the type of operation desired. (HI gives maximum range.)
D. Tamlhc function switch (5) to USB.
E. Sclect lhc desired channel number (6). NOTE: Front-panel CHANNEL switch must be in "MAN'" to use remote
cbaImel switch.
F. Tam the VOUJME control m to 5.
G. Press me bandset push-to-talk switch and talk into handset. Release to listen.
H. Adjust vo1mne controi (7) for desired sound level.

A. Depress tbe WHIP TIJNE (11) button (Do not bold down). The antenna-tuning information is updated and stored
in memory. .
