Read these instructions before using the printer.

1 Unpack

3 Install cartridges

Release the scanner support and lower the scanner.

Flip the feeder guard forward. Then squeeze the edge guide and slide
itleft.

Caution: Keep ink cartridges out of the reach of children and do not drink the ink.
Note: The ink cartridges that come with your printer have a lower yield due to the ink
system charging process. This process is carried out the first time you turn on your
printer and guarantees better performance.
Dont load paper before installing ink cartridges.

Lift up the scanner and prop it up with the support.

Press the Cancelar (Stop) button to charge the ink. Charging takes
about 2minutes.

If anything is missing, contact Epson as described on the back of this sheet.

Caution: Do not open the ink cartridge package until you are ready to install the ink.
Cartridges are vacuum packed to maintain reliability.

Remove all the protective materials.

Shake the ink cartridges, then unpack them.

Remove only the yellow tape from each cartridge.

Load paper against the right edge and underneath the tab, then slide the
edge guide over.

Caution: Dont turn off the TX110 while it is charging or youll waste ink.

5 Install software

When you see the User Account Control
screen, click Continue.

Select English.

Click Install and follow the on-screen instructions.

Macintosh. Make sure the TX110 is securely connected and turnedon.

To scan or copy

Want great results? Simple. Use genuine Epson paper and ink. You can purchase

Open the document cover.

Photo Paper Glossy

Bright, instant-drying paper for great looking photos
and projects. Available in different sizes, with or without
margins.

When prompted, connect the USB cable. Use any open USB port on
yourcomputer.

Note: If installation doesnt continue after a moment, make sure you securely
connected and turned on the TX110.

Mac OS X 10.5 users: skip to step 10.

Other users: continue with the next step.

Genuine Epson inks

When you see this screen, click Add Printer.

Look for the numbers below to find your

cartridges.Its as easy as remembering your number

Place your original face-down on the glass with the top facing into the
front right corner.

Follow the steps on the right of the screen to add the TX110.

Close the document cover.

When youre done, remove the CD.

Press the Escanear/Digitalizar (Scan) button to scan the image. Then
