Springfield AGM
Next week is Springfield's AGM. A God-given opportunity for us
to look back at the past year through testimonies and "Year in
the Life" as well as looking forward to what we believe that God
has in store for us as a Church.
In amongst the excitement of this we also have some business
to do as a Church. It is the time that we elect people to be PCC
and Deanery Synod or as a Church Warden. These are important
roles in the life of the Church as key decisions are made through
these bodies. To allow you to take part in this element you need
to be 16 or older and on the Electoral Roll. If you have been part
of Springfield for at least six months then please do put your
name on the Electoral Roll. Electoral Roll forms can be found on
the Welcome desk.
Please do prayerfully consider serving a three year term on the
PCC, which is Springfields own decision making body, or on the
Deanery Synod, helping Sutton Deanery make decisions.
Do talk to Will or any of the present council members
if you have any questions

How to explain Soul

Survivor? Well, its a bit like
a Christian Glastonbury:
10 000 young people
camping in fields, meeting in
a Big Top to learn and
encounter Jesus.
As well as meeting Jesus, it
is a great time of getting to
know each other as we camp
together, eat together, have
fun together.
Book up by the end of April
for the cheaper rates.
Talk to Becca for more detail
or visit the Soul Survivor
website
