Responsible for handling $100M budget and 1600 employees in injection molding segment. Also involved in
administering plant operations in the United States, Mexico, and Ireland to manufacture consumer products for
telecommunications, automotive, medical, and computer industries.
Assumed full accountability for operations with direct control of all manufacturing operations, warehousing, logistics,
inventory management, safety and P&L of all 11 plants in US, Mexico, EU, Brazil & China
Successfully managed all off-shoring and plant alignments at a divisional level, exceeded all corporate targets for
move dates and costs
Entrusted with the responsibility for a successful turnaround of one of Textrons worst performing plants

Responsible for developing & managing new business unit within InteSys. Also responsible for creating innovative &
effective strategic & business plans; staffing the division, directing capital equipment purchases and executing customer
contracts.
Active involvement in capacity planning and implementation of just-in-time production processes; oversaw
full lifecycle of SAP implementation & supply chain management realignment, this resulted in reducing
standing inventories by 35%
Successfully achieved ISO 9000 and 13485 (selected plants) compliance by developing new quality standards
as well as implementing new quality systems, accountability, and production procedures at 9 plants in 16 months
Significant contributions in exceeding 50% revenue growth for 2002-2003 for the new unit; handled $5M
budget and 250 employees
Developed strong relationship with an Allergan Pharmaceutical spin-off company that generated $6M in
revenue in 2003 with another $20M in 2004

Managed entire operational activities of 65,000 square-foot medical manufacturing site; handled $5M budget with total
200 employees. Responsible for strategic planning, business plan development, staffing, capital equipment purchases,
and customer contracts

o Upgrading staff skills during a 70% turnover period resulting in overall lowering of costs
o Transitioning plant to medical manufacturing
o Reducing defects per million from 500 to 0.00 by shipping more than 300M parts per year for 2 years
without a customer return

medical, commercial, and industrial hardware. Played a key role in initiating the operations of new plants in
Colorado and Mexico and managed a $15 million budget and 94 employees. Enabled the company growth from
$2M to $30M.
