A few suggestions:

If your group is struggling, please seek help from Mr. L. Its better to spend a few moments
with guided planning and problem-solving than trying to do everything yourself.
Divide up responsibilities. Use a task list to have group members sign up for what they will
take care of. If a person is not meeting their duties, talk to them and/or lets have a group
conference to figure out how to move forward.
You must, must, MUST have the next step of the project in mind. You should know what
needs to be done each day in order to meet the deadline.
Be creative and have fun.
