Most of !:he artificial and synthetic fibres cannot be spun

and processed without aid of a spin finish, due to &ictions
developd during the different production processes.
Spin :finishes protect every single :filament by ab5arbing
frictions, heat, eliminating e]ectrostatic charges and
granting the cohesion among filaments.
A Spin Finish isessentially a comp]ex mixture
oflubricants, emulsifiers, anti-statics, cohesion agents,
humectants/ wetting agents, biocides and other additives
applied to the fibre surface by means of kissing rolls or
metering pumps and thread guides immediately after
extrusion.

e dei fiocchi di fibre sintetiche ed. artificiali e

Filatura Secondaria.
La lavorazione delle fibre comporta, come per la filatura

primaria, la formazione di attriti, di calore e di cariche

elettrostatiche con conseguente mancanza di coesione tra
le have.

Queste problematiche possono essere risolte mediante

l'applicazione direttamente sui tops, nastri e stoppini di
lubrificamti antistatici che formano un film protettivo e
preventivo.
