minute

The minutes of the last meeting was not

read due to doubt surrounding the status
of the meeting wether it was an
emergency or an executive meeting.
However, the meeting was later granted
the status of an executive meeting.

3.00 April IVC

The whole house agreed the April camp be

cancelled due tensions being generated by
the forthcoming election. Members
however suggested a Holiday Training
Course (H.T.C) during the summer break.

TERMS OF REFERENCE
1 Discover and appoint capable hands
into the following positions.
Ameer,Naibl Ameer,Ameerah,Naibatul
Ameerah,Secretary General, Assistant
Secretary, Dawwah Chairman,
Treasurer, Financial Secretary and
P.R.O.
2 They must submit a report on the day of
Reportorial conference.
3 Their decisions should be tabled before
the advisers.
The Secretariat was mandated to inform
the committee of their assignment via
SMS and letter of appointment.

Muslims.
Members also
advised the
Secretariat to
sensitize
Muslims on
where they
could pick up
their PVCs via
the social
media.
Bro Ade
complained
about the
lookworm
attitude of
executives to
service.
Members
charged the
welfare
officers to be
more active.
No motion for
adjournment was
moved. Bro Ade
ended the
meeting with a
closing dua.
