In year 2011 the SCPL Sheth creators lead by Mr. Jitendra Sheth & Mr.
Vallabh Sheth has started.

Statutory
PF : Under Act 1952 and Employees Family Pension Scheme, 1971 and the rules
framed there under. Employees contribution i.e. 12% of the basic salary subject to
maximum Rs. 1800/- pm , which will be deducted from employees salary as well as
the employers contribution matching the same max amount of Rs. 1800/- pm shall
be deposited in the individuals P.F. account as per the above said Act

ESIC is Employee State Insurance and it is used for the benefit of the employee and
if the gross salary of the employee is less than or equal to 10K, than it is applicable
on the employee and 1.75% amount will be deducted from the Gross salary. one can
get the medical benefit from the ESIC.
Gratuity : After completion of five years without any break, employee will be entitled
for Gratuity as per Gratuity Act 1972. Gratuity is payable on retirement, resignation,
death or physical disablement.
Annual Bonus : is given to employees on payroll , it is one month basic on completion
of financial year

NON-STATUTORY
LEAVE ENCASHMENT for employees on payroll , each employee can encash 24 leaves
in a year
MEDICAL CLAIMS: Medical Claim is provided to all employees as per grades for
entire family
PERSONAL ACCIDENTS SCHEME: Get protection against hospital expenses, injuries,
disability and death. Get accident cover for yourself and your family under one
insurance policy.
